Marissa point of view
That day seemed to drone on and on. I was tired of not being around Spencer, I missed his touch, his kiss, the careful way he tucked my hair behind my ears, his goofy clothes and sexy hair, slight smile he give me when no one was looking. Skype was not the same as being around him. I have to go to him. He's been gone 6 days and I can't stand not being around him. The way he'd hold me close when we sat together and when he'd squeeze my hand, when we'd hold hands. I miss his warmth when he hugged me..... I looked over to where his desk was, I wheeled over there and picked up the picture of us. He had it in the middle of his desk where he looked at it every time he looked up. "May, honey line 3" Garcia said coming out of her office we had basically been living here because they need that much help. 175 bodies so far. I just picked up the phone and heard his voice. "I miss you so much Marissa. I have so much to do and no one to distract me. Our calls are the only thing keeping me sane right now." I smiled at his goofiness. "Spence I miss you to, Penelope is boring me so much. I miss being around you." I heard him sigh. "Marissa I'm sorry you got hurt." I smiled again and wiped a tear that was rolling down my check. "Spencer, its okay only 7 more weeks until I can go with you guys again." I heard Hotch and Aunt Jen in the background. "Put me on speaker." I said to him. "Hey peoples. Do you need help?" I asked "Fresh eyes wouldn't hurt, but your injured." Hotch sighed as if he needed me there. "I have the paperwork Hotch, she's cleared for flying, you just don't want an injured agent in the field." Garcia says as she hands me the paperwork. "Hotch just let her come, you see Reid's not at his best without her and two overly smart kids could help us. We need fresh eyes and I guarantee she's getting tired of not seeing her family and sitting around the office is not doing anything for her injury." Aunt Jen validated. "Fine, get here as soon as you can." Hotch said exhausted. "Next flight leaves 15 minute's." Garcia said handing me my go bag. "See you soon Spence." I said when he took me off speaker.
~~~~~~~~~15 minutes later~~~~~~~~~~~
I boarded the plane and since I was the only one I took out my iPod and put on Nervous Girls by Lucy Hale. I reviewed the case file. 175 victims each a different M.O. each a different serial killer, but each has an anarchy symbol carved into their body somewhere. This is gruesome, disgusting even. Once I finished reviewing the case. I turned up my music and played angry birds. I felt the plane descend and gathered all of my stuff and put it in my bag. I clicked the intercom button
"I need someone to help me get off the plane in my wheelchair." Someone will be right there to assist you." A few minutes later an attendant came to help me.
"Is there anyone out there?" I asked hoping it would be Spencer. "There's a cluster of people out there I don't know of any of them are for you." She had a strong southern accent. She helped me out of the plane and onto the ground. I turn around and see the team. Hotch. Rossi. Derek. Emily. Aunt Jen. Spencer. I silently rolled up behind them they were facing the cars not the plane.
"Um, I'm looking for Dr. Reid and Jennifer." I said dramatically.
"Marissa!" Spencer and Aunt Jen exclaimed at the same time.
"Welcome back Marissa." Rossi said extending his hand. I reached up and shook it. Derek hugged me quite tightly. Spencer and Aunt Jen kissed and hugged me. I was smiling because I was so happy to be with my family again. Spencer helped me into the back of the SUV. Aunt Jen had agreed to drive so we could sit together. I leaned my head on his shoulder. "Do you have any idea who much I've missed you." I shook my head.
"Why don't you show me, Spence." I asked flirty.
I closed my eyes and felt him leaning in, it felt like forever before our lips met but finally...He gently holds my waist as his lips melt perfectly into mine. My heart skips a beat as he moves closer. After a while, I guess Aunt Jen and Derek were tired of seeing us kiss, they made a noise. "Well, I hate to interrupt this perfect moment, actually I want to because you do not need to have sex in the back of a car." Morgan says happily. I lean back and feel all these emotions running through my head. It was warm & passionate and the best good to see you kiss ever. I rested my head on his shoulder.
