One Shot One Kill

Silver Bullet's POV

"Excuse me, you have a visitor." my assistant said through the walkie talkie I had attached to my belt.

"Send them in," I ordered. I finished my recycling for today and opened my office door to see my partner in crime with the material I needed. I smiled stepping aside to let him in. He sat the small clear box on my desk and then took a seat in a chair across from my desk. I chuckled quietly. "You've done an excellent job, Shad." I said.

"Thank you," he said smiling. I sat down in my chair and pulled out my gun. He looked at me, worry filling his grey eyes. "Relax, I have another job for you." I say.

"Anything." he promised.

I picked up the box of silver bullets with wolfsbane and took them out one by one putting them into the gun. I handed it to Shad and he looked at it.

"Kill Xavier." I demanded.

He only nodded before bowing and stuffing the gun in his pants.

"Blow it and the gun will be used on you, come back to me as soon as possible when the job has been done." I warned. He nodded once more being dismissed.

Xavier's POV

"Stop." Maria complained as I played with her hair.

I frowned, "Awe, wittle baby gettin' tiued?"

She growled in annoyance and I laughed. "Your so mean to me!" she pouted as I twirled her curls.

"I'm going to give you a nickname," I said.

"Which is?"

"Lia."

"No. I don't like Liangela." she said.

"I don't care, I like that name."

Okay, Ash."

"Don't even go there," I scowled.

"Yup, I'm going to call you Ash." she smiled and messed up my hair.

"Hey!" I whined fixing my hair. She laughed, we were at the beach, a private beach to be exact. Only Maria and I were on the beach at the time.

"I want to be with you, forever and ever, and ever..." I trailed off. Maria did say anything as she sat up from being under the water. She looked down at the blue clear water.

"I'll go um, get you a towel." I said getting up and leaving.

I'm so stupid, to think she'd want to be with me for the rest of her life. She doesn't obviously, she wants to leave me for some college or something. I opened the car door and then a gun sounded. I stood still, as i felt something run into me. I looked down to see blood spilling out of me. Next thing I know, I hear Maria screaming my name, then I fell to the ground and darkness took me away.

Maria's POV

I was taken by the words that spilled out of Xavier's mouth. He loved me that much? I wanted to say it back but I couldn't find my voice. "I'll go um, get you a towel." he said before quickly getting up and moving towards the car.

'You're such an idiot!' my wolf yelled.

'I know,' I frowned and she growled, 'Now he doubts our love for him.'

I pouted and then shot up hearing a gun pop. I checked myself before running to the car. I saw Xavier standing but he soon fell. "Xavier!" I screamed running over to him. I immediately called the police department and told them the location. I kneeled down to the ground and held Xavier in my arms. I cried his name before he reached his hand up to my lips and stopped me. "I'll be fine, Maria." he said with a soft smirk. His eyes were halfway closed. I tried to sit him up but he groaned and laid back down. I looked through the hole to see a silver bullet being sucked into him deeper and deeper. I only had one choice. "Xavier, this might hurt." I said quietly.
