SIMONE P.O.V.

"Girl, why the hell are you still here?" I sighed and contined to place some jeans on a hanger. "I know damn well you didn't leave yo man and that girl alone together." I rolled my eyes. "Yes, I did." Ellis shook his head. "You dumber than you look, I swear." I ignored him and continued what I was doing.

"Not only did he not tell you he was bringing the girl home, you left them up in the house together, what kind of shit is this?" I sucked my teeth. "I have a job Ellis, what did you want me to do?" He sucked his teeth. "I don't know but, you need to be home to keep a eye on that hoe."

"Look." I started. "August and I got into a slight arguement last night and I stayed up most of the night thinking about it." Ellis motioned for me to continue. "I still feel like he should have asked me before inviting someone in our home, but I've been somewhat overreacting." He rolled his eyes. "I've been so worried about something happening between him and this girl, that I lost sight of reality."

He sighed. "August loves me, and he wouldn't betray my trust like that, I have to believe him as my husband when he says nothing is going on with him and Ryelle. I would have thought that I known better by now, but I guess I still get jealous like every other woman." He shook his head. "It's not jealousy girl, it's yo women's intution telling you to watch out for that hoe." I chuckled. "I doubt it."

I stepped out of the booth, satisfied with the song that I was in the process of making. I sat infront of the soundboard and started to play it back, when I heard a soft knock at the door. "Come in." I turned around in my chair and smiled once I seen Ryelle walking in, wearing a tshirt that stopped right below her ass, holding a bowl of cereal. "Goodmorning." I chuckled.

"Morning, your up early." She took a seat in the chair across from me and nodded. "Yeah, Aliyah wanted to play with me so I got up, besides it was hard to sleep with all the music playing." "My bad." She shook her head. "No, it's okay, I don't mind, I actually came in here to hear it....if that's okay with you."

I leaned back in my seat and nodded. "Yeah, it straight." I turned back to the soundboard and played the track back for her. I looked up at her as she crossed her legs and started to eat her cereal. "Im liking this so far." She said over the music. I smirked and hit the stop button once what I had layed down was finished.

"That was really good." She sat her bowl beside her and leaned back into her seat. "You know what would make it better though?" I lifted my brows, waiting for her to speak. "If I featured on it." She said with a smile. "You serious?" She nodded. "Yeah, I know it's not finished yet, but I would love to work with you on it." I smirked. "Ight, yeah sure."

I ripped out a piece of notebook paper and handed her a pen. "Thanks....how long do you wanna work on it?" I shrugged. "We have most of the day, just until Simone gets back." She nodded. "Oh, I thought she was here." I shook my head no. "Nah, she's at work, but she'll be back later." She was silent.

"You good?" She cracked a small smile. "Yeah.....I just kinda over heard you two last night." I sighed. "Listen, don't worry about all that, you're good." She frowned. "You sure? If she's not comfortable with me staying here, I can leave." I shook my head.

"No stay. I invitied you here and it would be rude if I made you leave. Simone's fine." She smiled. "Alright, let's start working."

 SIMONE P.O.V.

"So is you gon go home to check on them or what?" I shook my head, while folding up some jeans. "No, Im not gunna go check up on August like he's three years old, I said I trust him and that's that, besides Aliyah is home with him since she's not allowed back to school until tommorow, Im sure they're playing or doing something together."
