"i know i shouldn't be curious, but i really wonder what has happened to him," taeyong said to doyoung after they had parted ways with felix and seungmin.

"i'm curious as well, although i know it's invading his privacy. still, seungmin sounded so, you know, hurt for his friend, i don't know how to word it, it really seemed like something very huge and meaningful."

"i'm sure johnny will be good for him, though. we know johnny. he'd do anything to make his loved ones feel better."

"you're right," doyoung replied, taking another bite of his dinner.

"so this is really happening? felix is going to find his boyfriend?" hyunjin asked his own boyfriend that very same evening as they were cuddling while watching a movie yet again.

"well, i sure hope so. i don't know johnny very well yet, but when i talked to him, i couldn't notice even a hunch of bad intentions."

"that's great, isn't it?" hyunjin smiled, kissing seungmin's neck tenderly. seungmin melted into the touch, feeling himself relax instantly.

"it really is," he said, turning around to press a chaste kiss to hyunjin's lips.

felix was having trouble falling asleep. that was nothing new to him, insomnia had been with him for years, but that night, it was even worse. he tossed and turned around in his bed, feeling hot and cold at the same time, trying to get comfortable. it didn't work.

still, felix didn't want to get up, either, thinking it would ruin all his progress of falling asleep.

about an hour later, he decided, damn it, and got up to get himself a glass of water. afterwards, he took out his phone from his drawer. if he was already messing up his sleeping schedule, he might as well continue.

looking through his social media, he saw some new posts and news, nothing spectacular. then, he proceeded to scroll through his contacts, not really knowing what he was doing. was he really about to text someone at 3 am?

yes, he was, he wasn't in the right mindset to think about any consequences.

seungmin? no, he didn't want to bother the boy any more with his troubles.

hyunjin? no, he wouldn't wake up, the boy slept like a rock.
