"Surbhi! What a pleasure to see you again after what? Five years?" Avinash said and hugged Surbhi tightly.

"Damn five years already?! Tell me, what is bringing you here? And that too so early in the morning?" Surbhi asked with a smile adorning her face.

"Oh I wanted to see my pyaari Shashi!" Avinash said and hugged Shashi.

"Easy tiger, this woman is mine!" Rajeev answered and Surbhi giggled at Avinash's antics.

"Well, let's be honest! I'm in town for business. As you know I'm a producer, and I'm here for business. I don't know if you know about Five Tigers? I'm producing their upcoming serial. I was busy in London so I really need to catch up with all the work. But I heard that the director for the serial is not well appreciated in the TV industry and would do everything to make her show reach fame." Avinash talked a bit too much but made Surbhi realize that her husband's contract with Five Tigers would simply endanger their marital life, or worse, destroy it completely.

"Since you're here why don't we go out for a walk, just, you know, to catch up?" Surbhi said before throwing a glance at her parents who nodded their heads giving her the green signal to leave with Avinash.

"I'd be glad to!" Avinash answered and after she got ready, they went out. Let's keep in mind that Avinash too was famous so he was followed by some journalists who were sometimes hiding to get the best photos of the star.

"So how is it going with Rahul?" Surbhi asked.

"I didn't know that being happy would be so great. He makes me feel complete! I'm feeling at the top of the world." Avinash answered. Rahul was his boyfriend of six years. Both had decided to live out of India to live their romance freely. Surbhi was the only one who knew that Avinash was gay when she caught the couple once. She hadn't told it to no one because she respected her friend's privacy and she knew that it wasn't her job to reveal his homosexuality.

"Do you want to have some ice cream?"Avinash suddenly asked and she gasped.

"Who eats ice cream at 10 in the freaking morning?" Surbhi asked.

"You! Stop your drama! As far as I remember there is no time for you to eat ice cream!" Avinash teased her and poked her stomach before she just jumped in his arms and hugged him tightly.

"Damn! You know me so well!" Surbhi smiled and they went to the ice cream parlour, unaware of the journalist at the other side of the road.

They spent the day out unaware that many photos of them were taken, but Surbhi had to admit that this day with Avinash warmed her heart and she didn't think about Nakuul during their moments spent together. However, when she reached her parents' home, reality hit her when she saw her parents' sad face while watching the news.

"The producer Avinash Khurrana has been spotted with who seems to be his girlfriend. The pair has been seen enjoying an ice cream while walking on the sea shore..." The journalist went on while Surbhi was just speechless. Suddenly her eyes filled with rage and she just picked the remote and threw it on the screen, breaking the TV screen in pieces.

"As if it wasn't enough! As if this fucking fame, those damned journalists hadn't ruined my life already! Why making up such bullshit?!" Surbhi broke down and Shashi and Rajeev tried to calm her down but she just raised her hand when they were about to touch her.

"No! Don't! It's okay, I'll calm down by myself... Just.. I just need some time alone." Surbhi said and locked herself in her room.

"I don't know what to do anymore Rajeev. We called Avinash here and the damn journalists created another problem in her life.." Shashi just held her head.

"What I fear the most is Nakuul's reaction. If Surbhi can hide her jealousy, he hardly can control it. I don't want him to accuse her of cheating on him, when he's the one tearing her heart apart." Rajeev answered.

In her room, Surbhi had just collapsed on her bed when she received a call from Nakuul. She rolled her eyes because she knew that he was to talk to her about Avinash, however, she just answered the call.

"Hello."

"Surbhi, what's these news about you and Avi?" He asked.

"Don't tell me that you're now doubting about my loyalty, it would be a royal joke Nakuul." She said sarcastically.

"Don't use this tone with me it's my right to know..." She cut him in middle of his sentence.

"To know what? Are you respecting my fucking rights? No! You only live for your dream, but we're not in a fucking dream Nakuul! It's real life. I don't want to put a fake image on me in your head because I still care for my self respect though. Avinash and I were just enjoying ourselves as you can see. If people believe that we're dating that's not my problem. Anyways, when I'm coming back home, he'll come with me. He's your show's producer, and he has nowhere to say except the hotel, so I just told him to come and live with us." Surbhi simply announced him.

"You could have asked me first.." Nakuul said and Surbhi just couldn't no more.

"Did you fucking took my opinion into consideration when you signed this contract? No, right! So don't start with your fucking bullshit of being hurt now because I just don't give a damn about your feelings right now!" Surbhi hung up and threw her phone which shattered on the floor.She just couldn't put up faces anymore. If he wanted to do this fucking drama, she just decided to let it be, but she wouldn't let him try to put pressure on her when he didn't listen her cries in the first place.
