A few months later the first sign of them being on the move came. It forced the Volturi to start preparing to meet them. A few reliable sources had given them the loctian of where they would be and off they went. The problem was that they couldn't find anyone at the location.
It dawned on Caius first, dread spreading inside him. They'd been set up.
