-Casper's POV-
I woke up to music playing and my sister singing along. Her voice was off tune and annoying. I walked to my door. "Kimberly! SHUT UP!" I said opening the door. I was not in the mood. I slammed my door shut and walked into my bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. My eyes were blood shot and I looked horrible. I didn't need my sister to be singing in "Call me maybe" over and over. It was annoying and it was weird how obsessive she was about that song. I walked back and hid under my covers.
"Come on Casper! This is like the best song ever!" Kimberly said coming in to my room and plopping on my bed. I could tell she was happy today. She was overly happy and I hated it. Couldn't she get the message to leave me alone? She sighed in frustration when I didn't respond. She threw the covers off of me and then shrank back. "EWWWW! What died in here?!" She said screaming and running out of the room. I smiled sheepishly. Ha ha that was payback.
I decided to take a shower. I didn't want my mom to go over how it was important to clean ourselves talk again. It was boring and unnecessary. I took a quick shower and got dressed. I hoped today would be normal and nothing would happen.
-Ashlyn's POV-
It was a normal day. I woke up later then usual, but I was tired and beat. Jennifer's screams were still ringing in my ears. She had screamed on every ride we went on. She even screamed when we rode in the tea cups. I was still a little bit tired though. Hanging out with a ten-year old at heart felt like I was babysitting, but I loved Jennifer anyways. Ring, ring, ring. I picked up the phone. "Hello this is the Cole's resident's this is Ashlyn speaking."
"Wow Ash, you sound so formal." Derrick said laughing. I smiled. "Hey can you come over?" Derrick said. He was feeling uneasy about something. He usually wasn't uneasy about things. I shrugged it off.
"Okay...." I said. Was he gonna ask me to go steady with him? I smiled nervously. "When?"
"How about right now?" Derrick said. I laughed.
"Okay I'll be over there in a few minutes." I said. I quickly got dressed and ran out the door. I ran to Derricks house and knocked on the door. The door opened. There stood Derrick, he looked different. He looked guilty.
"Come in." He said. I walked in and sat down on the couch. "Hey Ash, I need to tell you something important."
"Okay......" I said nervously.
"I-I I have been cheating on you with Kinsley Macky." he said looking down at his hands. I knew her, she and I had P.E. with each other last year. We were good friends.
"Tears welled up in my eyes. "No.... no...." This couldn't be happening. Derrick had lied to me, he kissed another when he was dating me. I felt a wave a nausea come over me.
"Ash I'm sorry...." He said gently.
"No... NO!" I said. I rushed out of his house and started running. My vision was blurry and I was shaking violently. He was the perfect boyfriend. I crouched down where ever I was. I heard something and looked up and then it hit me.
