It's been a whole week since Jimin and Yoongi broke up. It's been a week since Yoongi decided to man up and tell Taehyung the truth. It's also been a week since Namjoon's surgery and he already got out of the hospital. He's now cozy and and may I add, pretty locked up inside their house (much to Namjoon's chagrin), because Seokjin has (note: strictly) been keeping an eye on every move he makes ever since he got discharged.

The moment he initiates his body to get up from bed to get some water, Seokjin is always quick enough to hand him a glass even if he's outside the room. It's as if he had installed a CCTV camera inside their room just to track down Namjoon's activities. It's scary, and it usually gets out of hand on how overprotective Seokjin can be sometimes, but it's not like he isn't used to it. They've been married for years and Seokjin had always been the vocal one between them. He's whiny and clingy, but Namjoon still loves him despite it.

It's Thursday night and the two of them are now bundled up in a comforter, while a romantic-comedy film plays in the background. Seokjin was showing off his laugh which was akin to a windshield wiper and an excited seal combined and others might think it's annoying, but Namjoon thinks it's like music to his ears.

He carefully shifts his body enough to take a good look at his husband's face which was glowing with happiness. Not able to restrain himself, he kisses him on top of his head, smelling Seokjin's hair in the process, in which, by the way, smells totally refreshing and calming. The two quits paying attention to the movie because the moment Seokjin looks up to meet his husband's gaze, the two gets so lost just staring at each other, love and fondness swimming in both of their eyes.

"God, you're so beautiful," Namjoon whispers, leaning down to capture his husband's plump and very enticing lips. He leaves a peck or two and Seokjin giggles at how Namjoon is being clingy at the moment.

"You're not bad yourself," Seokjin retorts, an amused smile playing on the corners of his mouth. Namjoon could only snort and roll his eyes at the response because what did he expect? It's Kim Seokjin ㅡ the overconfident Kim Seokjin ㅡ who also happens to be his husband.

"Hey, Jinnie? My injury is almost healing and I really want to invite the gang over... Maybe like, tomorrow? You know, just a simple get together because I did not end up in ashes or something," Namjoon jokes, earning himself a slap on his torso. Seokjin whines, mumbling something like, 'It's not a good joke, you dumbass!' but proceeds to agree on the plan anyways. All of them had a rough week last week but Seokjin knows (well, hoping) that the past few days were enough to sort everything out.

"We can invite all of them for dinner tomorrow, Joonie. Sounds great?"

"Yeah. Do I get to text them orㅡ"

"I'll do it, sweetie," Seokjin says, patting Namjoon on the chest and standing up to retrieve his phone inside their room. But before he could even do that, he places a chaste kiss on Namjoon's lips and says, "Don't miss me too much" with a wink.

Namjoon could only laugh at his husband's antics, but despite it all, God knows how much he loves Seokjin with all of his life.
