A practice game against Kaijo High will prove to be an interesting one to say the least. I was at the Basketball court until late last night. I'm not quite sure why I was, I felt as if I was waiting for someone to come, just laying there on the cool concrete floor for about three to four hours tops, after that I went back home. Although I still got plenty of sleep last night I can't help but feel worn out and yet excited about this game. Like something great is going to happen here today, but at the same time something will go wrong. Arriving on the campus was no big surprise, it was a private school after all. The campus itself was massive and held all regards to its athletic programs, the place was centered around the gym itself, making it easier for the teams to get to and from practice easier than if the gym was across campus. I took a deep breath and looked up at Kagami, who looked... terrible.

"Kagami-Kun, the look in your eyes is worse than usual." I observed.

"Shut up." He hissed and looked away, "I was a little too excited..."

"What are you, a kid going on a field trip?" I asked slightly amused at his reaction to this game.

"What did you say?" He snapped.

"Hey, guys!" Kise-Kun called out as he ran up to us.

"Kise!" Kagami growled.

Kise stopped as he came up to us, "This place is big, so I thought I'd come get you."

"Hello." Riko bowed politely.

Kagami walked up to him, "Kise...," He watched as he walked passed him, ignoring him completely, "Hey!"

Kise brushed passed him and stood in front of me, "Kurokocchi, ever since you turned down my invitation to join us, I've been crying into my pillow every night."

"What is wrong with him?" Hyuga asked.

I just looked at him, then as if on cue, that same hooded figure passed by us. They glanced back at me and gave a slight wave, although no one but me giving them a bit of notice.

"Just show us the way." Kagami snapped, tearing my attention away from them.

"Not even a girl has turned me down before... Well, there has been one other person that has turned me down before... Hide-"

"Could you please stop being so sarcastic?" I sighed, my hold over my own emotional appearance wearing thin with him.

He narrowed his eyes," I'm interested to know more about the guy who's making Kurokocchi say those things, there has only been One other to make Kurokocchi so... Confident, and I must say. He was better than your whole team combined."

"What?" Riko asked.

Kagami looked at me for confirmation.

I nodded, I knew what he wanted me to confirm. If it was the same person I had told him about.

"Unlike the others, I don't care much about being called the Generation of Miracles, but I can't ignore such an obvious challenge." Kise walked out in front of us and looked back at Kagami," I'm not mature enough to let it slide. Sorry, but I'm going to crush you with everything I have."

Kagami offered a dark chuckle, "Sounds good."

I felt a rage begin to boil inside of me, although I don't outwardly show it... Kise had no right to bring him up, no right to use him like that. He knows how I feel about him... For him to bring him up in a plain manner like that, when even he is scared of his presence alone.

"You alright, Kuroko?" Izuki asked softly.

I looked up at him and nodded, "Of course."

He smiled and nodded, "Alright, let's play."
