"No! That's wrong! Lloyd can't be an oni!" Kai shouted.

"Well, he is. And him being Lord Garmadon's son, I thought you would have figured." Kai growled as Wu spoke his words.

"But Lloyd would never keep something like that from us!"

"But he did."

"He trusts us!"

"He does."

"And now you're saying he doesn't?"

"No, I am not."

"Stupid elders with their stupid words." Kai grumbled beneath his breath. Unfortunately, it did not fall upon deaf ears.

"Fight me." Wu said suddenly.

"Huh?"

"You are a strong fighter, Kai, but your arrogance and inflated ego can get in the waynof that. Prove to me that you can fight, and I will teach you how to properly defend Lloyd."

Kai stood still for a moment. Gently laying Lloyd down on the grass, Kai accepted the challenge.

"So, when do we start?" Kai let out a screech as Wu's tail quickly swept underneath his feet, knocking him off balance.

"Now."

Kai growled and circled the old dragon.

Wu just sat there as Kai came charging towards him, jaws aflame, but at the last second, he jumped into the air and used a beam of pure creation to knock Kai back.

Enraged, the fire dragon snarled at Wu and quickly set his own tail on fire, creating a whip-like weapon for himself. He lunged at the creation master who commented on his moves as he attacked.

"Sloppy formation, random attacks, nkt enough agility yet not enough stregnth, nothing much to say good about. Come now, young one, until you defeat me we cannot discover where the Oni Mist is."

Kai stood stock still as he let those words sink in. "Hold on a minute; we are looking for a mysterious, rare flower, the only one which can cure Lloyd, the only thing that can save his life, and who don't even know where it is?!"

Wu nodded, "But destiny shall guide us."

Kai scoffed, "Destiny Scheshtiny! MY BEST FRIEND IS DYING AND YOU'RE SAYING IT'S UP TO DESTINY WHETHER WE FIND IT OR NOT?!?!?!?!"

Wu nodded, "Let us move now. It is getting late."

Jay let Nya take his paw as he stared into the sky.

"Where do I put the energy once I'm finished with it though?" He asked.

"In the sky, at a cloud."

Jay focused his energy into his horns and the lightning in his eyes flashed rapidly. His body began to glow and electricity sparked between his two horns.

I have to pull this off. For Nya. For my friends. For my parents!

He found a cloud, pointed his horns at it, and released his energy.

The cloud turned grey and sparked with lightning. Happy with his achievement, Jay shot at another cloud. Then another. Then another.

When he let out his last bit of energy he turned to Nya with a giddy smile. "I did it! I did it! Wahooo!"

Nya kissed his cheek and said, "You sure did, Sparky."

Jay chuckled, "Am I allowed a pet name for you?"
