War. It's was lost and won by the united might of The Avengers costing the lives of Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff. But in this reality Thanos managed to pull a failsafe before he gets dusted! 5 years later shit is becoming unstable in the universe...
Natasha stirs as she wakes up back on Vormir. She can feel the snow around her but she feels empty inside. She then notices her cold dead body laying broken on the cold, bloodstained ground and sighs.
"Lemme guess, you thought you were back?" Another voice says as she swiftly turns around to see a green woman with a brown jacket and dark red hair looking nonchalant at her. Natasha lowers her arm and collapses herself to the ground as the woman sits besides her.
"We'll be trapped here till the universe ends. Guess it's a great time to introduce ourselves." The green woman haplessly chuckles. "I'm Gamora."
"Natasha. I've heard about you." She says shaking her hand.
"Lemme guess, Quill told me about you?" She smiles.
"Actually Rocket did. Quill got caught in the snap but he's fine now." She see Gamora's shift of expressions and Gamora sighs.
"I'm glad he is, he must be devastated when he finds about the deal." Gamora sinks into her knees.
"Hey, I promise you he's alright." Nat places a hand on her shoulder. The two sit down for awhile till Natasha wakes up on a planet she never been to but the people were as green as Gamora but they look frightened as Nat looks up in shock at the Chituari army invading the planet.
"We are able to look back at our memories but we're basically phantoms in them." Gamora says as she sees her young self bring approached by Thanos.
Nat wished they could interfere but she is completely helpless in this situation. Gamora looks at her and looks back at Thanos holding her young hands.
"Don't worry, nothing like this won't happen again." Gamora closes her eyes and they arrive back at Vormir. "You can also look back at the good things as well Natasha." Gamora smiles as they are in the Avengers Headquarters where Natasha is in shock as she sees Steve outside talking with Rhodey as they are laughing about something. Nat can't hold back and runs towards Steve as her hand goes through his head and she stumbles back.
"Look but can't touch Natasha. You can even go back to times you couldn't remember." Gamora helps her up.
"My parents, let's see them." Her eyes water as they enter a orange dimension as she see a Russian couple smiling with tears in their eyes with open arms.
