Natasha heads to Steve quarters where Gamora stops her from entering.

"It's not a great time to go in Nat."

"What's going on? He's been in there for hours. Let me through." Natasha struggles to get past Gamora.

"Nat stop! Thanos from his Universe found him! Thanos has a army bigger than anything we've ever seen and now he's coming here to kill us all!" Gamora snaps at Nat and Nat let's go.

Nat takes a moment to let it sink in.
"Please let me talk to him Gamora, he'll want to see me the most." Nat softly asks.

"Ok fine, I'll be out here if you need me."

Nat slowly opens the door to see the entire room except for the bed absolutely wrecked with Steve looking down at the rug.

"Steve it's Natasha, scooch over." She sits besides him and softly strokes his back.

"I'm cornered Natasha, I can't go anywhere and if I do I'm just sending other lives to there graves."

"Steve your not to blame for him coming here. It just showed how fearful is he really is of you."

"Natasha I couldn't kill him if I tried. He knows everything about me. I felt him read my entire life when he talked to me on the battlefield. It scares me."

"Don't be. Steve I know there's not a lot of options left for us right now but we have all our strength we have to fight him back. I know my super soldier isn't gonna let a psychopath and his minions stop him from trying to save trillions of lives." Nat told him straight into his face.

"Nat I'm sorry, I think I'm not having enough hope for the team." Team he says rubbing her gentle hands on his face.

"Steve we need you now more than ever. We could use all the help we can get."

"Ok. But what can someone like me and you do against people like him?"

"Oh you'd be surprised Steve." She laughs softly.

"More than this? Must be some surprise then."

"I know you don't want to relive that experience again Steve but I'm gonna fight this with you to the end of the line." She smiles at him and they hug it out.

She felt weird. There was something about this Steve that always attracted her to him. Ever since he came into her life days ago it's like all of a sudden her heart gets a little warmer when he's closer as well as her face and ears. Was this really love?

"Nat." Steve snaps get back to her senses.

"Yeah Steve what's up?"

"I know." A small smile appeared on his face.

"I don't know what your talking about Steven." She turns away trying to play it off.

"Nat I've been with you for years that's not gonna work. I feel the same way too." Steve finally confesses leaving Nat with a small shocked expression.
