Preeta stands still hearing the last came out from Sarla's mouth
Sarla : beta vaha kyu khadi hai, andar aa na
"Aapne abhi kya kaha, main aapki beti nahi hu" she asks
Sarla : aisa kuch nahi hai tu kya yeh sab baatein kar rahi hai, tu meri hi beti hai
"Khaiye meri kasam" she puts hands on her head
Karan is not able to stop her and lets her take out all pain
Sarla nods in tears while Preeta falls on floor with thud lifelessly . Shrishti who was standing at door also feels her world crashed down
Shrishti : aap jhut bol rahi hai, yeh meri Preeta di hai (shouts at Sarla) sirf meri samjhi aap
Dadi ; shant ho ja beta, kisne kaha yeh teri behen nahi hai
Shrishti : toh ma kya bol rahi hai, aisa nahi ho sakta, nai ho saka di kuch bolo na (shakes Preeta)
Karan hugs her cupping her face but feels weight on his shoulder.
"Preeta utho kya hua" Karan puts her to bed
All are worried for her. Karan keeps holding her hands whole night
Karan : please jaldi se theek ho jao Preeta, nahi dekh sakta tumhe aise, I promise sab theek kardunga tumhare liye (sees a small locket in her neck) yeh kya hai
He sees the locket but is not able to open it.
Karan : lagta Preeta ne kabhi isse kholne ki koshish nahi ki
Other side at Vihaan's house
Vihaan looks at same locket in his neck and recalls his childhood
Flashback
Vihaan (around 6) is playing with small Preeta who was around 5 1/2 years old in childhood and fondly called her chutki
"Chutki mere saath khelogi" Vihaan lifts her in arms and starts playing with her
Later he takes her to some shop in evening with Disha (was around 6 years) joining him
Disha : vihaan yeh dekh, kitna mast hai yeh locket
Vihaan : wow bhaiyaa aise teen de do
Disha : teen kisliye, tu aur teri chutki ke liye na
Vihaan : acha tu kya kaam hai, pata hai mujhe agar tere liye nahi liya na toh tu mujhe iska price baadmein degi and I don't want that
Disha : ha theek hai le le kitna smart hai tu yaar
Vihaan : zyada pyar na dikha mujhe sab pata hai
Preeta ; bhaiyuu, yeh wala
Vihaan : ha bhai tumhare liye hi liya hai le le
Flashback ends
Vihaan : sorry Disha teri dosti ka saath toh nahi nibha paya, jo vada uncle se kiya tha
Kritika hears his talk from outside feeling his pain.
Arora house
Preeta wakes up with and finds Karan in sitting position against bed. She recalls yesterday's incidence with heavy heart
Karan ; Preeta tum theek hona (holds her face)
"Karan yeh sab kya ho raha hai, please mujhe yaha se le chalo bahut ajeeb mehsoos ho raha hai" Preeta hugs him with tears
