Chapter 17

I was getting dressed with Jenna who was applying red lipstick which I already put on, I had to look hot according to Michael and this dress was being a problem since it kept riding up. I put my black wedges on and turned to Jenna.

“Damn if I was a boy I would bang you because you look fine”

“Fine enough to make Ashton jealous” I told Jenna Michael's plan and she said it was great, once Jenna was ready we headed down to the frat house where people were drinking, making out, smoking, normal college things. We headed inside and we thought we looked like sluts but we weren’t alone luckily.

“Shannon” I turned around seeing Michael walking up to me giving me a hug “You look hot, oh man Ashton’s going to love this and got so jealous”

“I hope so plus this dress is annoying me it keeps riding up and is almost too short”

“Well you still look hot now let’s get drunk” Michael took my hand taking me to the drinks and here’s to a night I will never forget.

Michael and I were on the dance floor and Ashton was talking to Luke and a couple of other guys, I was sober same with Michael the plan wasn’t to get too drunk because who knew what would happen.

“Is he looking”? I asked, Michael looked and wrapped his arms around my waist

“Yep”

“Okay good” I wrapped my arms around his neck just staring into his eyes, I knew this was wrong but we were friends and we were drunk well kind of and it was basically Michael’s idea then again I did agree to it. Michael soon pinned me to the wall and started whispering in my ear things, I looked over at Ashton who was tensing up and I said to Michael

“It’s working”

“Good” he said back “But I know what’s going to piss him off” Michael moved my hair to the side and started kissing my neck.

“Michael, what are you doing”?

“Shh just enjoy it” and that’s exactly what I did, we didn’t kiss at all but Michael just left kisses down my neck and I enjoyed it. I noticed Ashton putting his cup down and soon walking away with an annoyed look on his face.

“Michael his gone, I think we annoyed him” Michael pulled away and said

“And my job is done, good job Shannon” Michael and I high fived each other and we kept dancing with everyone else. I still felt bad for making Ashton jealous and I knew it was wrong.

Later that night I saw Ashton sitting with Calum and Jenna and some other people so I had to pretend that I didn’t see them and walk past them.

“Shannon, wait” I heard Jenna say when I walked past, I knew Jenna was drunk and it was my job again to get her home and this time with no one’s help unless Calum wants to help but I doubt it.  “Come play a game with us”? she said patting a spot next to me

“Uh what game”? I asked sitting down between Jenna and Ashton who was trying not to look at me.

“Truth or Dare” Calum said

“Isn’t that high school games though”

“Trust me college truth or dare is better than high school” I rolled my eyes and decided to join in so I had at least something to do.

“Alright I’ll go first” Calum announced spinning the bottle and it landed on Jenna, this would be interesting.

“Jenna truth or dare”?

“Dare” the biggest smirk appeared on Calum’s lips and he said

“Kiss me” Jenna didn’t even think about it, she leaned in smashing her lips into Calum’s that last for 10 seconds and Jenna soon pulled away. The game had people running through the house naked not naming someone Calum lots of making out and kisses and people going upstairs but the bottle never landed on me or Ashton which was strange. Calum spin the bottle and that’s when it landed at me and everyone said

“Finally”!

“Alright Shannon truth or dare” I should pick dare since people have been waiting for me to get one and they will probably expect me to pick truth.

“Dare” but I regretted that because Calum looked at Ashton and said

“I dare you to go play seven minutes in heaven with Ashton” I looked at Ashton and really did feel like I was back in high school and playing seven minutes in heaven was a terrible thing last time I played I backed out thinking I was going to have sex with my guy. Ashton and I got up and walked upstairs to his room.

Once I walked into his room I shut the door behind me and Ashton turned around while I was still against the door.

“What’s going on with you and Michael”?

“Whatever do you mean”? I said sounding innocent

“Don’t you play innocent with me, I saw you guys flirting with each other”

“Well maybe it was payback for what you did to me” I snapped back

“What flirting with Haley?, Luke likes her for some odd reason and I like you not some red haired big boob girl that every guy wants to fuck because truth is ever since you came here Shannon you’ve been driving me crazy, ever since I ran into you the first day you have been the only thing on my god damn mind” I was speechless at Ashton not saying a word “Fuck it” he murmured walking towards me soon resting his hand on my side and I soon realised what was happening. Ashton was kissing me everything about this kiss felt right, I started kissing back wrapping my arms around his neck. I pulled away for only a second and tried to stop

“Ash” but it was no use we were both drawn to each other and kept making out, I felt Ashton’s hands moving down to my butt and he soon pulled me closer towards me. There was something about this kiss that made me even more attracted to Ashton. We didn’t notice where we were standing until I felt us both falling on the bed and me lying on Ashton. We both laughed at each other and Ashton put the piece of hair falling in front of my face behind my ear smiling at me and my anger towards Ashton was gone.

“I can’t believe I just kissed you, it’s been my goal since I bumped into you the first day of college, you drive me crazy Shannon and no other girl has done that to me ever”

“I’m sorry for overacting over you flirting with Haley; I should just come talk to you first”

“That’s fine but I’ve got a question to ask”?

“What”?

“We’re you flirting with Michael to make me jealous”?

“Is it bad if I say yes”? I asked bitting my lip, Ashton smiled and said

“Nope, because I told Michael that trick and he always uses it now to help friends out or if he wants to find a way to make out with someone, so are we cool”? He asked intertwining his hands with mine; I gave him a peck on the lips and said

“Yeah we are cool”  

“You know I really don’t want to go back downstairs, I just want to stay here with you” Ashton told me, I rested my head on his chest and said

“Neither do I, can’t we just stay here”?

“Yes we can” Ashton said smirking at me, he soon rolled over and now he was on top of me and leaned in giving me a kiss enjoying the rest of our night in Ashton’s room.

Michael being a little shit again trying to make his best mate jealous anyway they kissed! FINALLY!
