Chapter 25

Tonight was Ashton and I’s second date that Ashton has been keeping a secret from me and I really wanted to know what he was up too but he wouldn’t tell me. He told me that this time I could wear a dress and I quickly grabbed my date dress that I kept in my suitcase if I ever got the chance to go on a date. Jenna was out on her first date with Calum seems we were both going on dates tonight. I noticed the time and knew Ashton would be here by now. While I was applying lipstick there was a knock on the door and I quickly finished up picking my shoes up walking over to the door opening to see my dreamy boyfriend smiling at me.

Ashton was wearing his normal skinny jeans, a white shirt and he was wearing a leather jacket making him look like a bad frat boy.

“So you going to take for a ride on your motorbike dressed like that” I asked Ashton

“Hey this is awesome, I think I look pretty damn good” I rolled my eyes shutting the door behind me and walked down the hall with Ashton intertwining our hands. “I forget to mention how beautiful you look tonight”

“Thank you”

“Watch your step” Ashton said holding my hand guiding to who knows where because he wanted me to wear a damn blind fold and by blind fold I mean one of his bandanas.

“Ashton where are you taking me”?

“We’re almost there” Seconds later we came to a stop and I felt Ashton untying his bandana and I opened my eyes seeing a romantic dinner by the river near Sydney Harbour. “Do you like it”? He asked

“Like it! I love it Ashton”

“Let me take you to your table my lady” Ashton said taking my hand walking over to the table, he took the chair out and I took my seat and Ashton took his seat.

“Okay spill it Irwin, how the hell did you get this spot near the harbour and not have anyone around” Ashton smirked and said

“I may have done a favour for the owner”

“And what was that”?

“He wanted to have one of my paintings he saw at the art show so I made a deal with him and now here we are”

“Did you get any money at least”? I asked

“No the deal he offered money but instead I made a better offer”

“You gave up money to have this table”?

“That’s not the only thing I did”

“There’s more”?

“Yep but that’s after dinner”

“Ashton why can’t you tell me now”?

“Because I want it to be a surprise”

“Fair enough”

Ashton and I ate our dinner and had some dessert, Ashton was pouring me some more wine and did for himself and he held it up and said

“Here’s to us for whatever the future holds for us and I know we’ve only official been together for a week I just hope you’re in my life forever so here’s to us” I smiled holding my glass up

“Here’s to us” I took a sip of my drink while Ashton looked at his watch. “Is everything okay”?

“Yeah I think the second part to this date is done, so are you ready for the second part”? I nodded my head and we both stood up and I noticed Ashton getting the bandana out

“Please tell me I’m not wearing that again”

“Come on put it on” I put it on and felt Ashton’s hand holding mine guiding me once again.
