Epilogue

It had been 4 years for Shannon and Ashton they’ve been like every normal couple getting into arguments and breaking up but soon getting back together it became a normal thing to them. Ashton had graduated college becoming a successful artist selling paintings, teaching classes. Shannon had become a successful author she was one of the best-selling authors with her first book that soon got turned into a movie and on top of all of that today was the day she would be finishing college. Ashton and the boys and also Shannon and Jenna’s family were in the audience watching their friends/ girlfriends/ daughter graduate one last time.

“Jenna Bentley” announced the headmaster, Jenna ran on stage shaking his hand and Calum stood up cheering for his girlfriend along with Jenna’s family and the guys as well making Jenna embarrassed.  Jenna ran off stage blushing.

“Shannon Montgomery” the headmaster said, Shannon ran on stage and of course the most embarrassing person was Ashton cheering his girlfriend on everyone else cheered Shannon making her embarrassed.

“Congrats students you’ve made it” they threw the caps in the air and Jenna and Shannon hugged each other, everything they’ve been through all the memories in college but this time they were parting ways Jenna was moving to Brisbane becoming a teacher. Shannon was already writing her next book. Calum and Ashton ran over to the girls giving them hugs, Ashton picked Shannon up spinning her around

“I’m so proud of you” Ashton put Shannon down giving her a kiss, Shannon’s family ran over and Patrick gave her a hug.

“You did it Shannon”

“Come on let me take a picture of you three” Shannon’s mum said, Patrick, Shannon and Ashton had a picture together then it was just Ashton and Shannon and then a family picture.

After Shannon spent time with the family her and Ashton threw a party with close friends for graduation at their apartment, yes Shannon and Ashton got an apartment together once they got the money and Ashton graduated. Shannon and Jenna were dancing the night away like it was the last day together which it was since Jenna leaves with Calum for Brisbane tomorrow. Ashton walked up to Shannon with nerves inside him because what was happening next was the next big step in their relationship.

“Hey” Shannon turned around smiling at Ashton

“Hey”

“Come with me” Shannon nodded and Ashton held her hand leading her out onto the balcony, Shannon shut the door behind her turning around looking at Ashton

“Alright what’s going on, I haven’t seen you this nervous since you met my parents”

“Shut up and listen” Ashton said holding her hands “Shannon, Shannon, Shannon where the hell do I begin four years ago you knocked into me causing me to fall over and pick all my things up when I looked up I was staring at a beautiful women and I’d never felt this way before about anyone, being with you is like being a cloud nine shit example but yeah I love you Shannon and I seriously one hundred per cent think you’re the one” Shannon noticed Ashton reaching in his pocket and he had a little black box, he got down on one knee and gasped

“Ash”

“Shannon Montgomery will you marry me”? Shannon nodded her head trying to find the words and finally she said it

“Yes, yes I will marry you” Ashton put the ring on her finger standing up and pulling her into a kiss. They started to hear cheering from inside and saw all of their friends cheering for them. Shannon looked at Ashton “Were they listening the whole time”?
