"Not everything is about Quidditch, you prick!"

"I'm so bored I could actually burn my hair for entertainment." said Jason as he lie down on the compartment.  The three boys are having an awful day and the weather seems to follow. It was raining  very hard. Even worse, The train ride to Hogwarts seems to be twice longer with the amount of boredom present.

"I'm so bored I could hold my breath until I passed out so I can experience temporary death" said James as  he slumped down.

It was Timothy's turn to  say something, but he was already asleep.

Suddenly the compartment door opened, Elizabeth walked in, "Daily Prophet says European Cup is going to be a total failure." she dropped the paper on James's head and sat down next to Jason.

"What happened here?" she looked around to the three boys, they all looked horrible. "Did someone die or something?"

Timothy woke up and yawns, the other two boy didn't answer. Elizabeth groaned and took out money from her pocket. "Here you go." she handed it out to James who took it.

"What's this for again?" He asked,

"Sweets." said Elizabeth as she blow her hand for warmth, "Go on!"

James groaned more loudly and stood up. He was walking very slowly with a slump back. The whole train seems to be in a pretty bad mood too, there aren't even sounds of laughter and jokes.

James found the trolley lady in front of a compartment. She was selling her sweets, nothing out of the ordinary. Then James recognize the girl buying sweets. Miraline Lynch were carrying cauldron cakes in her hands.

James suddenly stood straight, as if an electricity just bolted right through him. It was a weird feeling that he didn't know. Maybe it was hatred mixed with fear? Since his last encounter with Miraline, James had been thinking about what he did. Though he did feel bad, he didn't have the nerve to apologize. And he didn't plan to.

"three Chocolate frogs, and two licorice wands" he said, as he tried to not glance at Miraline. But he can't. He kept stealing glances at her. Luckily, Miraline didn't look at him, not even once.

The old lady handed Miraline a few sickles then she walked away. James paid his sweets hurriedly and followed her, " Hope you learned to be a good team mate, Lynch. Loyalty is very important." said James from behind her.

Marlene just ignored him and continue to walk. James didn't even pay attention to where he was walking, but he kept taunting her. "You see... I'm not sure I could trust you. Trust is very important in Quidditch. It's only a matter of time before we get destroyed by Slytherins. All because of you, of course."

Marlene opened her compartment door, and James is not surprised to see Finnick sitting inside. He didn't even notice the other girl sitting opposite him. James focused on Finnick, and he glared at him.

"So this young lad is the other part of the problem." said James before stepping inside Miraline's compartment.

"You're not welcome here," said Finnick, as he stood up and try to push James away.

James, for the first time today, smiled. "Why? are you scared I might find out that you were sabotaging my team?" James looked at Miraline, she's still ignoring him.

It makes James's blood boil to see Miraline there not saying a word. It irritates him so much to hear her talk, but this is way worse. "Did Lynch here tell you our new strategy?"

"James!" Miraline suddenly said as she stood up and walked in front of James, "I am this close to punching you again. I will not hesitate." Miraline is clenching her fist,

Just as James about to answer, he could hear Elizabeth's voice from outside, searching for him. "Have fun, traitor" said James as he left the compartment.

"Not everything is about Quidditch, you prick!"  Finnick screamed from behind James and he tried his best to ignore his comment.
