Chapter 37

A few minutes after Brendon left, Marie, Claire, Meagan, and Y/B/F/N showed up. "Hey guys! So glad you could make it! Now, who's ready to relax, eat snacks, and watch movies all night while our significant others are out?" You greet. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely ready for a relaxing evening. Dallon and I have both been really busy with work so we haven't had much down time." Y/B/F/N says, The other girls nod in agreement and you all go into the living room.

"Sooo what do you wanna watch?" "How about Bohemian Rhapsody?" Claire asked. "YES!" you all agree. While the other girls were setting up the movie, you went to put all the snacks in bowls. You had bought dill pickle chips, hot cheetos, wavy chips for dip, pita chip and hummus, and of course, popcorn.For drinks you had sweet tea, mountain dew, coca-cola, and dr. pepper.

You took all the snacks and drinks out and put them on the coffee table. You then sat down between Meagan and Y/B/F/N. "After this, I bought an assortment of face masks, we could do those and spill all the tea." You say. "Sounds like a plan. I've got some boiling tea you won't believe." Marie said. Then the movie started. Of course whenever a song played, you guys sang along. How could you not? Freddie Mercury was an icon and still is. "MAMAAA OOOOO. DIDNT MEAN TO MAKE YOU CRY, IF IM NOT BACK AGAIN THIS TIME TOMORROW CARRY ONN CARRY ON. AS IF NOTHING REALLY MATTERS." You all screamed as the movie showed Rami Malek as Freddie singing Bohemian Rhapsody.

By the time the movie was over, the snacks were completely demolished. As you were about to go get all the face masks, you got a text from Brendon that said:

Brendon: Hey babe, heading out to the club now. How's girls night going?
You: Good, we just finished Bohemian Rhapsody and now we're doing face masks and spilling tea.
Brendon: You watched Bohemian Rhapsody without me?? Dang. But it sounds like you're having fun:)
You: I'll gladly watch it again with you, and I am. How's your night?
Brendon: pretty good. Dinner was really good. The guys refused to let me pay and they all pitched in to pay for it.
You: aww that's nice.
Brendon: yeah. Well we're almost there. Text you in a bit. I love you
You: I love you too.

"So I have peel off masks, sheet masks, and wash off masks. You guys can pick whichever one you want." You all selected the ones you wanted and applied them. You all set timers for the time the packaging said. "Alright Marie, spill" "ok so, as you all know, Joe and I have been married for a couple years now. Well.. we found out the other day that I'm pregnant!" It took a minute for the information to register before you were all squealing and hugging Marie. "Oh my god Marie! That's amazing!! I'm so happy for you!" Y/B/F/N said. "That child is going to be so adorable! And you're going to be such a great mother and I know Joe will be an amazing dad!" You say. "This is amazing Marie! Once Pete and I decide to start a family, our kids have to be best friends." Meagan says. "And Brendon And I's kids!" You add. "Count in Dallon and I's as well" Y/B/F/N says. "You guys are the first people I've told besides my parents of course. I think Joe is planning on telling the guys soon. Idk if he will tonight since it's Brendon's bachelor party"

After talking about Marie a bit more, you all take off your face masks. "I feel really refreshed now" Meagan says. You all agree and then you say "well do you guys wanna watch some episodes of Lucifer?" Lucifer was a Netflix show that you all watched together and you were all basically on the same episode. "Yesss he's so hot" Y/B/F/N says. "Ugh he isss I live for his accent" Meagan adds. "And when he sings, I could listen to it all day." Marie said. "I really hope things work out between him and Chloe, I mean he made a deal for her." You say "They'd be so good together, I just hope Chloe realizes it" Meagan says in return.

You get on Netflix and pull up Lucifer. The rock theme song plays  and then it launches into the story line. You all gasp in sync at some parts and all make fun of "Detective Douche".

You had watched about three episodes when you suddenly got an incoming call from Brendon. You answered it and said "hey Bren, what's going on?" "Well the bachelor party is being cut short.  We all have to leave this club. Like now. Something happened. I'll explain it all when I get home" "is everything ok? Is someone hurt?" "No, everyone is ok, just a slight inconvenience happened. We'll be home in a bit. Joe, Dallon, And Pete are coming back to the house and they said they take home Marie, Meagan, and Y/B/F/N. Dallon is driving us all rn." "Ok Bren, be safe. I hope you're ok, and I'm sorry your party got cut short." "It's alright. I didn't want to stay there any longer anyways and everyone agreed we should just call it a night. I'll be home in about 20 minutes to explain it all. I love you." "I love you too"

You hung up and turned to the girls "is everyone ok?" Marie asks. "From what Brendon said, yeah. He said Joe, Dallon, and Pete are coming here to pick you guys up. Brendon said he'd explain when he got here." "Ok, I wonder what happened that made them all agree to come home." Meagan said. "Me too, Brendon is usually not bothered by much unless it has something to do with me or someone is trying to drive us apart..."

A/N: Hey guys! Just wanted to say this story is probably going to be ending within the next 4 or 5 chapters. I already have some ideas on what I'm going to make them and how I'm going to end this story. It's so crazy to me how I didn't think this story would get many reads or attention when I started it, but it has over 41k reads as of right now.
