"Harry!" Liam snapped his fingers in front my face trying to capture my attention.
I jumped slightly coming back to earth. "Huh?"
"I asked if you heard what happened yesterday," he said again, I guess it was again since I was zoned out before.
I gave him a "really" look, "Well, Liam, you are my only friend. Therefore, I know nothing of the sorts until I'm informed by you."
"Such a sarcastic ass," Liam muttered to himself.
"What was that?" I tease pressing my lips in a line.
"Nothing, sweets," he rolls his eyes. "Well, anyway, yesterday there was this-," The bell rang cutting off Liam's sentence. "I'll tell you later," he then adds.
I nod eyeing him curiously as I hed off to History then, soon, English. When I walked into second block Zayn was already sitting in the seat he had the other day. Only today, he was supporting a blueish-purple nose with a white bandaid over the top. I remembered back to when I was at the doctor's the day before and he was there with that tissue on his nose.
"Hi," he smiles at me the second I sit down.
"Hey," I answer sheepishly.
"Are you okay?" he then asks. You're the one with the broken nose, shouldn't I be asking that question?
"I'm fine," I quickly said still looking at the table infront of me.
"It's just you were at the doctor's and..." he trailed off.
"Just a bit of a cold." I suprise myself by adding, "What happen to your..er..n-nose?" I blush madly cursing myself for even speaking in the first place.
"Just a bit of a misunderstanding...that's all," he said glancing up at the teacher who had been watching us looking suspicious.
Can't blame the man, I never speak.
Then class began.
About thirty minutes of the lecture had passed and, so far, we didn't have to do any partner work (thank God).
But, then I somehow manged to embarass myself by dropping my pencil right by Zayn's foot.
I bend down to get it, but Zayn seemed to have the same idea. Our heads slightly bumped together. My head snapped up and I met his eyes. From my neck to my ears felt hot, "S-sorry."
He smiled at me, "You have really pretty eyes."
My eyes widened and I looked away quickly and laid my head down hiding my face.
Of course, the teacher said nothing to me, not wanting to make me have an attack. Which might happen but if he said "Harry, please look forward," I'm not going to end up in the hospital, damn. Not that I'm complaining about never getting called out, though.
When the bell rang for lunch, I was the first out of the room. I went straight to the boys' restroom and was in there for about ten minutes before Liam came and found me to drag my sorry ass to the cafeteria.
When Liam got his lunch and I sat empty handed like I always did he gave me a look. "You need to eat."
"No I don't," I said back. I never eat that much. Maybe what my mum sometimes fixes me in the morning and if I'm in the mood I'll eat here. But, I usually don't.
