Hobi's P.O.V.

I crushed the skull beneath me, hearing the scream die down like doused flames. My mind too angry to pay attention to all the blood dripping from my claws. I was filthy, but far from sane to even pay attention to details.

The ruins and the smoke around filtered my view, not letting me see beyond, but just hear the baffling screams.

Serves them right.

"J-Hope."

I heard our leader RM follow through the smog, clearly drenched in ash and blood. His blond hair dirty.

Still, he showed every authoritative gesture and posture in his dictionary.

"Yes Alpha."

"I hadn't thought you would lose control with these minions, you are the most professional of all of us."

We both stared at the mess we had made, several bodies lying around the broken street, supplying blood to the cracks forming red streams. The pile of dead was bigger than what we had assumed, maybe we were later joined in by more of them.

"One of them said that a new era would come, where Jibaeja, the messengers would rule." I started softly, my anger simmering down, "But then I hear it all around the council, it wasn't what had me this vicious. It was when one spit on me and dared to say that Park Jimin would die, and the prophesy with him."

I felt the air around us tense, as our leader alpha took in a calming breath. "I would have lost it too... just a few centuries back people would have shivered even hearing the name, and now they have degraded the True Alpha's title in dust. Many around the world even defy us, just because they can. The Jibeaga is weak, they would die out but the rest of the council, the messengers have a strong hold on everyone, they are fueling the fire."

"Prince Jimin would have to restore that faith people had in us. We have to regain back our stage and pride."

RM nodded and jumped back, as a giant rock fell from the sky, seeping with water and fiery smoke.

"Prince JiHyun is wrecking the place as we speak, want to help him?"

"We have to, I also want to know why he is here early."

"Same," I nodded. "Let's just hope V has our prince safe."

"Yes."

Taehyung's P.O.V.

I carried Jimin outside the circle, a spell I used to teleport.

I didn't want him to lose anymore strength than he already had. His body was burning up high and his pale skin looked unnaturally white. His labored breathing was another sign that told me he was critical.

This was the first time I was seeing him like this, all his poise and graze, the powerful aura, everything was a mere memory now.

My speed was enough to cover the distance in lesser time, I was just more concerned with how bad the prince's health had suffered all this year.

I couldn't even argue with him, for I knew why the prince did what he did.

I sighed, taking him along the forest path which led to the higher lands. The air around was purer, more heavier and fresh, but an underlying hint of smoke did assault my nostrils.

Maybe it was the remnants of ash on me. Because Prince JiHyun had did a number on the city.

"We are just there, hold on prince Jimin."
