IMPRESSION BEFORE READING
Cover- aesthetically pleasing. I loved the simplicity of it. Very pleasing to the eye too.
Title- since we are yet to find out where the plot is headed, I guess I'll wait to make a fair comment on that. However, if I'm assuming correctly, then I guess this entire event has to do with Ivy lending her sweater to Yoongi on a cold day, thus the occurring events. If such is the case, then you did a magnificent job with the title! I truly loved it.
Description- perfection! Suits the title perfectly.

I was left mesmerized by your skills to present the tale in such a simple tone! Your skills in writing are remarkable. You did not, in any way, lack to bring forth the clarity of sentiments and understanding. Well done, love!
The pace (until the updated chapter) was well arranged, with impressive insights; not much, not too less- just the perfect amount.

I cannot say much in this area since it's not my main focus (I kinda face regular difficulties too). But so far, I found it appropriate.
Characters
Reading about Ivy, I felt as if she wasn't someone fiction-made; I could feel what she was feeling. For three chapters, the insights you have given about the girl gives a vivid image of her overall interests, which marks her as an intriguing individual.
As for the next door cute neighbour, we still don't have a proper explanation for his presence, but I guess we'll get to the point as the story proceeds. I'm honestly looking forward to it.
Plot
Even with the reduced chapters, the plot seems interesting. Like, I for one, want to know what happens in the next chapter and the one after it. Since we are still not deep into it yet, I would retain any comments. But I have a good feeling that it's going to be splendid.
ADVICE
