Chelyan's pov

It's June 28. R5's tour is starting in a couple of days and EDC has been practicing like crazy. I've been exhausted. I'm trying to get some rest. I had a good sleep last night. I crawled out of bed and went downstairs,. "Oh! hey Riker, Rocky, Del, Ell, Ross, Ryland, Dani, Elora, Katie, Brandon Savannah.." I walked by them and into the kitchen I was half asleep too. My eyes immediately opened wide. "WAIT!!! BRANDON & SAVANNAH!!!!?!?!" I forgot we have sound check today!!! I look awful. My hair is braided back my pjs are on and I'm literally standing in front of all

Of my idols. I closed my eyes, mortified. "Before I run out of the room screaming and mortified, On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the worst possible how bad do I look, Elora?"

"Yeah that's what I thought. Well..... AGHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

I ran into my room brushing my hair pulling it was into a ponytail and a T-shirt and jeans with my pink converse.

I went back downstairs looking decent. "Better?" I asked my girls.

"Yes"

I looked at ross who was red and crying, probably from my reaction. "What's wrong with you?" I asked him, trying not to giggle myself. "No reason." He calmed himself down enough to introduce me to Brandon and Savannah.

"Hi" I held out my hand and they both shook it.

"So your opening for R5?" Brandon asked me. "Yeah! Along with Dani and Elora. By the way, I saw you guys in concert with R5 in Charlotte and you guys are two of the nicest people I've ever met!" I told them. "You are so sweet. We need to hang out!" Sav said to me. "Yeah I'd like that!" I replied to her. "I wanted them to come meet you before we go on tour." Rydel explained. Riker checked his phone checking the time. " We gotta go to sound check" we exchanged numbers and grabbed our bags for tour I pre-packed. "Let's let you answer a couple of questions!" Rydel suggested. I held up the mic "Well ok... Um you back there in the pretty yellow shirt! Great taste in color btw!" I picked a girl who looked about 13. "Who else is apart of EDC?" The Girl asked. "Two of my best friends. Dani and Elora. My other best friend is here helping out with lights and stuff." Rydel picked the next person. "What's the deal with Rossyan and Rydellington?"

"They will both remain a mystery for now" Ross chimed in. We went around asking questions, and it was my turn again. I picked a older looking girl 15-16 "What's your favorite R5 song?"

"YOUR MAKING ME CHOSE?!?! Ok...um Ain't No way, Stay With Me, Crazy 4 U, I Want You Bad and Here Comes Forever- Acoustic, Love Me Like That-"

"We might be here all night.." Rocky interrupted. I got up off my seat and walked over to him and playfully smacked him on the arm. I walked back over to my seat and Ross high-fived me. They wrapped up Q&A and went backstage to get ready. I put in my headphones and stretched. I acted like an idiot like I always do before a performance, Blasting my music singing along. I sang through the songs and we hung out with the band. I posted pictures with R5 and Dani, Elora, and Katie and posted on Instagram:

Stormie let me style Rydel until Mark came in to get us for the show. "Good luck." I turned around to see Ross. "Thanks I'm really nervous"

"Don't be they will love you" I gave him a quick kiss before getting on the stage.

I walked on, embracing the energy. "What's up?!" I yelled into the mic. resulting in the crowd going crazy. "Awesome!! Well I'm Chelyan, this is Elora, and Dani and we are..."

"EDC!!" We all chimed in

Dani: Ok first song is one that we think describes Chely here perfectly.

Elora: Yeah and I'm dedicating this one to my Bf

Chelyan: and I'm dedicating it to all the girls who have trouble finding jeans because you have a big butt.

The crowd chuckled as the intro to All About That Bass kicked in. I walked around the stage feeling the first verse and in the second verse I got into the performance a little bit

Chelyan: I'm bringin' booty back, go on and tell them skinny ladies that. Oh I know that you think your fat

Elora: but let me tell Ya

I walked around the stage giving an awesome performance.

Dani: Ok this one I got to pick... It's my favorite R5 song and the acoustic version of I want you bad and this next one is kinda the theme song to mine and Chelyan's friendship.

Elora: I'm serious it's constantly playing at our house!!

Chelyan: Anyway, here is Here Comes Forever

We finished the song and did a couple more before it was time for my favorite.

Chelyan: Thank you guys!! Ok, How many of you guys have met a boy who only liked you for your body? Well I have and that's what this next song is about... It's sad to think that a person can be that shallow.

Elora: yeah,

Dani: Totally. It's what's in the inside that counts.

Chelyan: Exactly! Now this next one is called shallow.

We sang this song and on the bridge I go solo belting out the best lyrics I've ever written. When I sang the last, powerful note I got some screams from the crowd.

Chelyan: Thanks guys

We took our bow and exited the stage where we all went up to our boyfriends asking them how we did.

Ross: You guys are awesome. I made sure to get some people here and help you guys get discovered, and I might just say, your getting signed that was amazing!

I kissed him before getting ready to watch Ryland. He grabbed Dani's hand pulling her out onto the stage.
