I hear the glee group humming here comes the bride. I have both of my dads on each arm as the doors open and we start to walk in. Everything looks so perfect. I look at the alter and see my knight and shining armor. She's absolutely beautiful.
-Santana Lopez pov-
She's stunning absolutely stunning. I know I have tears falling down my face but I don't care. It's worth showing emotion for her. Life's been a roller coaster for the both of us. But I wouldn't of had it any other way.
-Skip toward vows-
"I understand you two have your own vows?"
Rachel nods "Santana you've been my rock since getting to New York you always believe in me even when I can't" I see the tears start to form in her eyes "I've loved every second we spend together, and I can't wait to have the rest of our lives connected and to be one"
I smile and take a deep breath "oh Rachel where to even begin" the attendance laughs as do we "you've been the light to every dark patch I've had and the rock that's kept me sturdy, I've loved every waking moment we've shared and every long night together, you are my world and I want nothing more than to be your wife, you are absolutely amazing and talented and I can't wait for our future"
"With those being said with the power invested in me by the state of New York I now pronounce you Wife and Wife you may kiss your bride!"
We kiss and there's a moment of silence before clapping. Everyone gets out of the church to congratulate us toward the limo before the reception. While we are walking out we get met by bubbles. Everyone is laughing and it's honestly a great time.
-Reception-
The party has been great. People have sung we've danced and it's been great. So far only the best man (Kurt) has given a speech but the maid of honor (Brittany) is about to give hers
"Hey everyone so I'm Brittany" she holds the mic out and the OG glee kids say bitch and we laugh "I know I may not always be the smartest in the room but I've always said I'm not book smart I'm people smart, I have watched these two get closer together over time and I can't honestly say without a shadow of doubt these two are in love, which is good cause their married, and I just wanna say I love you both and good luck!"
I get up and hug her as everyone claps. Tonight has been absolutely wonderful. I was worried something would happen at first but here we are and nothings stopping us. We're married and in love. I'm honestly the happiest I've ever been.
-Rachel Lopez pov-
I tap San on the shoulder and point to the dance floor. We slowly walk over and the music goes slow.
"So we finally made it" I smile as Santana nods "you nervous?"
Santana shakes her head "as long as I've got you I'm not worried" she kisses my forehead "Plus I'm just glad I finally got you to agree to go by Rachel Lopez!"
We both laugh and just let the music move us. It's been a roller coaster for sure. Now we're here and it's honestly the best moment in my life and nothing will ever top this.
"I love you Rachel"
"I love you Santana"
