Angel's POV:

"Angel?" Called a voice. I opened my eyes to see my roommate aka best friend in my face. "Hey Kacey." I said. "Hey. Wake up. Class starts in twenty minutes." She said, getting off me. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I watched her put her makeup on. I looked at her purse. A wad of cash stuck out. "Kacey, can I ask you something?" I asked. She looked at me. "Sure what's up?" She said. "How com you chose to be here? Like your rich and famous and successful yet you chose to go to school at a regular college. You could've bought this place or even bought Harvard and went there. Why come here?" I asked. "Because I didn't want to. I wanted to go to a regular college to feel normal." She said. I got up and headed the shower. I took my shower, got dressed, did my hair and makeup, then put on my shoes. "But like you could've bought this place if you wanted." I said. "Yeah but I didn't want to." She said. I nodded.

"Have you thought about going to another one if this one didn't work out?" I asked, curiously. She nodded. "Yep But I wouldn't have been with my best friend now would I?" She asked, smiling. She hugged me. I squeezed her. "You right." I said, laughing. I got up and we headed out the door. We walked to our classes. "Hey Angel, wanna go shopping with me and Kelly later?" Kacey asked. I looked at her. "Nope." I slash quickly. "Aw com one. She's not that bad." She said. "When we were sixth grade, she pushed me into the lions den at the zoo." I said. "Your right handed. What you mad for?" She said. "So?! I still use my left hand for other things in life." I said. She rolled her eyes. "Please Angel?" She pleaded. "No. That girl has a lot of mouth and I will pop her in it." I said. Kacey knew me and Kelly didn't get along. Since she met me, she hated me.

All because Kacey became my best friend and not hers. Kacey prefer me over her and I don't blame her. I'm awesome. "Angel just once." She said. I thought about it. "If I do it, you gotta tell her to chill out the racist jokes." I said. She looked at me. "Racist jokes?" She asked. "Yes. She lowkey makes jokes about black people. That shit ain't cool." I said. "I never heard her say things like that." She said. "Your not black. You don't hear it." I said. We made it to our advanced math class. "Okay. I'll talk to her." She said. We took our seats and waited for the class to start. When it did, I looked up to see Kacey's ex boyfriend walk in. Once again, he walked up to Kacey, trying get back with her. She broke up with him after seeing visions of him cheating on her. It didn't happen so she cousins break up with him because he did nothing wrong. But once he cheated the first time, she waited to break up with him.
