jun helps wonwoo take out the fan from the basement.

everybody in the house is usually sleeping naked.

wonwoo is still numb from the events of the past. he's somewhat together, but he can feel himself still falling apart. the work of kim mingyu has fucked him up so much.

even when it's dusk, and everyone's asleep, wonwoo can't sleep. he looks over to the window, and sees mingyu's room; the lava lamp being the only light in that room.

the image of mingyu haunts wonwoo in his sleep.

mingyu comes back home for a week. his mother spoils him with food.

even with his mother's love, he still felt empty at the end of the day; not being able to sleep in his childhood room.

while his mother was cooking dinner, he was looking through his photo albums.

photos of him and missing teeth. the photos of him on his first day of high school. photos of him with seokmin and minghao; graduation day of high school.

and then he sees a photo of him and his ex girlfriend.

his first and only partner.

the memories started to flood into his mind.

but instead, she is replaced with wonwoo.

wonwoo's cute smile. his sarcasm. seeing him almost pass out on his desk because of assignments.

the first time mingyu ever saw wonwoo was through the window; wonwoo was bopping his head to some music he heard through his headphones.

mingyu was curious to see what song it was. back then, wonwoo was just a boy in the window. this was before everything. before what mingyu knew how to fuck wonwoo. before wonwoo was modeling for mingyu for some projects.

he was nothing like his first girlfriend.

the wound in his heart expanded. black liquid spills out.

his heart suddenly gives out. mingyu misses wonwoo. he's breathing heavily, and his eyes start to gloss.

he shuts the photo album. he grips onto his shirt to calm himself down. no more.

his mother is singing in the kitchen. a sweet, slow, song.

breathe in, and release.
