There might be spoilers so be warned.
So I just finished the Chimera Ant arc of Hunter x Hunter and, wow. This might just be the greatest arc I've ever seen out of all of the anime I have ever seen in my life. In fact, this might just be the greatest arc in all of anime. The writing is just absolutely amazing. The best parts in my opinion would be Gon's awakening and the death of the King himself, Meruem. Throughout his time in the arc, you see Meruem go from this guy who kills people and eats them without a second thought, to someone whose more human than anybody else, and he's not even human. His relationship with Komugi is just heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. For those who don't watch Hunter x Hunter, I highly recommend you check it out, it is one of the best anime ever made. It's among my top 10 favorite anime of all time. Anyways that's all for now.
