When You Meet Part 2

It was a peaceful day in Konoha. The streets were filled with the usual locals who were going about their business, running errands and such. You were one of them. You carried two large bags of groceries and was heading home to relieve yourself from the weight of the bags and to wind down from your busy morning. As much as you were tired from your morning, you quite enjoyed walking around Konoha and looking at the local life even though you were a local yourself. The children playing around in the streets as well as the sight of various shinobi on their days off never grew old to you. Time seemingly flew by as you would admire your home village, you would never realize how long you've been walking home for until you arrived home and checked the time.
Since you were observing the local life, you wouldn't be able to notice anything strange unless you were directly looking at it...
Before you even knew it, you heard a female voice cry out "Lee! Look out!"
As soon as she finished her attempted warning, an incredible force had knocked into you which sent your groceries and yourself flying in the air and soon after landing on the ground with a thud.
You winced at the dull pain you felt on your behind and instinctively reached for it to comfort the pain. After a couple of rubs you looked around at the scene. Most of the contents in your bags have spilled out but luckily only a select few items were spoiled, and up ahead, you saw a man with black hair in the style of a bowl cut wearing a skin tight green suit and the vest of a Konoha shinobi. He was in a panic and kept apologizing to a brown haired kunoichi as she lectured him about staying vigilant and also reminding him that he shouldn't be apologizing to her. His attention was soon on you and he quickly walked over to you and extended his hand out to you.

"Are you alright miss?" he asked in concern.

"Um, yeah. I should be ok." you answered as you took his hand.

He helped you stand up and then let go of your hand, using his own to scratch the back of his neck in embarrassment.

"Um, I'm really sorry for running into you. I was so into my training that I didn't even notice you." he looked down at the groceries on the floor and continued "I shall take responsibility for my action and replace any of the groceries that have gone bad. I'll even help you carry them to your house!"

You quickly tried to persuade him out of making up to you since you didn't want to be a bother on him.

"You really don't have to!"

"I must! I can't let a lady pick up after a mess I've made! That would be ungentlemanly of me!"

He started to pick up the groceries and you pitched in quickly after since you at least didn't want him to do everything. Once all the groceries were picked up, and once it was determined what items needed to be replaced, both of you headed to the nearest grocery store while the brunette kunoichi headed to the training grounds. Luckily, the items that needed to be replaced were easily found and although you wanted to pay for the items yourself, Lee happily covered the costs like he said he would.
As the both of you walked to your home, groceries in hand, you ended up having small talk learning about the most basic things about each other such as jobs and interests. You found Lee to have quite the interesting personality, he always seemed to speak so passionately, especially when it came to his training and his sensei. It amused you, and the thought of possibly running into him again sometime made you feel happy. In any other circumstance, you would't care about meeting a stranger again, sometimes you would even avoid them, however Lee was different; An exception...

You were walking towards the Hokage's office. Why? She called upon you and your future team members for a mission that needed to be taken care of. You were hoping that this mission would take place outside of Konoha because lately you've been sent on missions quite close to Konohagakure and you felt as if you knew the areas you've been sent to quite well. As if you were a local from those other villages! You crossed your fingers as you stepped in front of the door that hid the Hokage's office.
