Chapter 9 Dreams That Haunt Us

   Luna and the girls finally made it back to Luna's camp site. They decided since Luna was only a one person party to move Luna's tent closer to theirs's.

    Luna and the girls talked for about 2 hours about Luna's old, old life as Tatianna, and then they talked about her old life as Luna Moon the assassin. The girls had tears in their eyes when Luna told them about meeting her father for the first time.

  After leaving that subject the girls headed to bed, Luna laid awake with her bondeds laying next to her protecting her from the outside world... If only they could protect her from the inside world of her dreams and nightmares.

  After a little bit Luna slowly drifted off the sleep.

(In Luna's dreams)

  Luna had just gotten ready to hear about this new mission from November, seeing Royalty and Lacie walk in as well. Luna let out a growl at Lacie making the poor human jump. "I'm really starting to hate you damn alphas." Lacie mumbled. Luna laughed, "get used to it sweet heart, no ones going to save you."

  November rolled her eyes and cleared out her throat, "I brought you all here to talk about these new missions. Lacie, the reason why my sister isn't here telling you this is because she is getting the other's ready. That being said, you are not going on the same mission as Luna and Royalty. Your mission is to kill the new uprising mob boss/drug dealer that has arisen." Lacie nodded and left the room.

  November looked at the two wolves, "Luna, Royalty. You both will be having to trust each other on this mission. As you know, I am aware of your relationship, and I am okay with is. As long as it doesn't mess up this operation. That being said I'm sure you want to know what's going to happen on this mission... Luna you will be acting as a "dancer" for this bar to get our target's attention."

  Royalty let out a growl, "so you mean she is going to have people watching her doing sexual dances and I'm just suppose to sit there?!"

  November nodded, "I know how it sounds, but the person we are killing this guy for has good money, and we both know Luna's the only one that can dance like that in a bar with drunk people on this team. Trust me I know you've watched her train for these kinds of things."

  Royalty blushed and looked at Luna, Luna let a smirk go and laughed, "Hey Ro, your as red as a tomato."

  Royalty hit the alpha upside the head, "cut that out." Only making Luna laugh more.

  The next week went by fast until it was the day of their mission.

   Luna laughed as Royalty held on to her arm the whole way there. Luna had her "outfit" on underneath her over clothes. Her outfit was a slick black suit, with holes for her tail, and a hood that coved her eyes, but still had the holes for her wolf ears. Luna could change the setting to see on the hood over her eyes, but she didn't need to see to dance.

  Luna and Royalty made it to the bar, Luna went over to the owner telling him who she was. The music then changed to a fast moving song that only certain "dancers" could find the right rhythm to. Luna started swaying her hips to the beat, making her deadly web for who she was after.

  After Luna danced for 20 minutes she saw their target, walking over to him. Luna smiled when he looked at her and moved her finger telling him to fallow her. He did as she was told fallowing her to the back room.

  Luna laughed when she saw Royalty about ready to murder this man in the corner of her eye. Luna sat on a couch that was in there and looked at the man, "do you know why your in here sir?"

   The man smirked, "I think I do." Luna shook her head, "sorry sir, but I'm taken." The man smirked again, "He doesn't have to know, darlin'," Luna sighed, "SHE, will be pissed if you take another step closer to me.".

  The man gasped as her felt a knife on his throat, "she warned you." Royalty said. The man looked at Luna, "I'll give you what ever you want money cash... Anything, please."

  Royalty sighed, and then stabbed him knowing she had to.

Luna sighed and grabbed Royalty's hand as they walked out of the bar and into their car for their next part of their mission, meeting this guy that they killed that man for.

  (back to the world)

Luna awoke with a gasp, she was glad she didn't have to finish that dream, at least not yet...
