It had been a short few weeks since the two had confessed their love for each other and the bruises had slowly, but surely, stopped appearing on Evans pale skin.
Jared had become Evans rock of sorts and did everything he could to help his new found boyfriend, and Evan couldn't have been anymore grateful.
Not only did Jared help Evan, but Evan also helped Jared to feel less lonely whenever his parents weren't home, which was, undoubtedly, most of the times.
Together, both boys helped one another with thief problems, wether big or small, and together, they pushed through life.
Together, the boys survived.
