Evan Hansen - Third

The rest of the day wasn't abundantly eventful.

Evan, for once, didn't have a panic attack whenever someone made an attempt at talking to him; In fact, panic attacks had been occurring less and less during school hours and more and more at home. Nonetheless, Evan was still proud of himself for making it through the day.

After the last bell rang, Evan made his way out of the school and stood out front to call Heidi Hansen, his mother, in hopes that she would still be able to take him to his weekly therapy appointment with Dr. Sherman, Evans therapist.

"Hey Ev, what's up?"

"Hey mom, uh- can you come pick me up from school?"

Heidi went silent from the other end."I just got a patient in. I'm so sorry, Evan!"

"It's okay, I can walk. Bye mom."

"Bye honey, I love you!"

"Love you, too." Evan hung up the phone and sighed, looking up. Maybe he could get Jared to take him.

Yeah, right. Jared doesn't even like me, I doubt he'd be willing to drive me to therapy of all places.

Shaking his head, Evan journeyed off of school grounds and started his trek to the office where Dr. Sherman worked.
