Chapter 22- Beg

"We got only a short window to stop chain from fleeing, he knows the dragons will in fact go for him and he's trying to get out while he can." Kat turned towards me and wrecker as I strapped on my upper costume and holsters. Wrecker putting on his leather jacket turned to Kat and asked "when's he leaving?" Wrecker sheathed his katanas. Kat began typing in the computer "His flight is leaving tonight around 11pm your goal is to keep him in maple because we both know he won't make it..he's gonna be guarded by to black Bulletproof Range rovers all blacked out you'll see them when you get them... his place is certainly at a hotel in the north of amber ave.. You guys know who's gonna be there." Kat said fixing her glasses as I Grabbed the katana "Yeah..remember mission still stays...capture..."

"BUUTT if we put him in Coma that's not technically a bad thing." Wrecker smiled lightly putting knives in his jackets inner flap. "Wrecker you stay and secure chain."

"Then when code arrives then I get my action in." Wrecker grinned.

"No you stay with the target your wound is still fatal and could still rip open.. I'm handling code alone.." I looked at Wrecker who seemed annoyed but understood "fine..." wrecker said I got on my bike wrecker riding along side me as we drove to the Hotel. Getting there just out in the open both wrecker and I set up on the building across the street. Soon about 30 minutes later chain came storming out with his luggage rolling behind him four security guards soon coming out guns drawn. The look in this mans face was like he knew tonight the Grim reaper himself was coming to kill him, I looked over at Wrecker giving him a go head "Let's get down to business." Wrecker uttered as he unsheathed both katanas jumping down soon before hand wrecker snuck around putting one of the guards in a sleeper hold. The guard tried putting up a fight but wrecker overpowered him, The guard slowly falling asleep wrecker using Yūrei he sliced at the second guards leg and then smashed his head against the car. Now on there watch Wrecker caught the attention of the last remaining two as Leo jumped in the car telling them to get in and drive. Wrecker meeting one half way cut the guard off opening the door and slamming it into the guards face, now sending the guard to the floor wrecker dropped to his stomach and rolled under the car as the last guard arrived to the other side of the car to help his buddy. Wrecker came from behind ready to attack but before it could happen Leo leaped of out the SUV trying to stab wrecker but of course wrecker quickly over powered him. "Stay still you little mole rat!" Wrecker shouted one of the guards getting hit with a weapon of some sort wrecker stopped as the guard fell to the floor dead. "GET DOWN!!" The last remaining guard now hit in the back a throwing blade landed into his leg causing him to drop,

"HELP!!" Leo cried out as wrecker pulled him by the back of his collar behind the car door more knives landing into the door trying to hit wrecker and Leo "X WE FOUND OUR GUY TOP BUILDING ON THE HOTEL!!" Wrecker yelled keeping both him and Chain behind cover.

I peaked from my cover to see a man on the ledge taking knives and throwing them like they were nothing. It was him..it was Code I ran up the ramp and climbed my way up onto the building next to me, pulling out my bow I used it as a zip hook as I slid down the transformer wire across to the building. I dropped and rolled only a couple yards from where he was positioned. I charged tackling him off the ledge as we both fell onto the next roof of the hotel, I got up drawing my bow and shooting at him but he pulled his sword out cutting the arrows mid air. He stood there with a grin "I thought you were dead..." he titled his head he had to be my height maybe an inch taller. "You're Ryan darkness.."

"People only refer to me as code.."

"Then I'm going to ask you one question..." I stood there as the platform lights went off leaving us in darkness, Code opened his mouth "what would you like to know..hero."

"Did you kill my best friend... Carmelo Rivires.." I said my voice firm

"I don't know boy ...I kill a lot of people..you might wanna be more specific.." he grinned widely revealing his yellowish teeth his eyes a dark shade from how baggy they were.
"You seem to left something behind.." I looked at his second holster where a katana was missing He gave a nod "left it with someone ..to hold for me." He smiled
