Chapter 16- wheels on the bus

I sped down the streets flying by incoming traffic and people, "Kat wheres the bus going!?" I spoke the sound of the motor buzzing in my ears I drifted and turned the corner. "Alright it's passing by colm street and heading into drifdoom you can cut through the park and end up a lot closer." She explained to me as I braked and drove back into the parks path way speeding as I passed a jogger while he waved to me as I popped a wheelie to speed up, flying out back into the streets dodging cars left and right I looked while passing the street a block across I can see the blue bus driving and speeding up, I drifted and continued down the block catching up to the police cruisers as they chase the bus.

"Kat I'm here!" I kept even space between me and the bus as an officer shouted through his mic "PULL OVER!"

"Good try not to damage a lot of property while you're at it I know you're accident prone." Kat uttered

"What I'm good at what I do!" I started to speed up towards the bus.

"You totaled a 24,000 dollar mustang!"

"IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE!" I sped up driving next to the side of the bus the inmates rapidly banging and pleading to let them out. "Kat I think I can take out the tires!" I pulled out the katana.
"Wait don't that can lead to the bus crashing maybe even a flip.."

"I mean they're bad guys so what if they get hurt.."

"Not just them dummy! People around you there are civilians I doubt you can stop them in time.." she explained to me as I thought hard on it she was right sadly I needed to find another way I can get in but I need a more private area less populated to even it out, it hit me as I shouted at my com "What if I lead them into wrageraw road?"

"Are you crazy one false turn they're all down a Clift it's too risky to pop the tires there."

"Not pop kat ...I'm taking the bus back they're headed a couple blocks down I gotta get them to turn! I got an idea hold on!" I braked and began to slow down next to the cruiser gesturing to lower his window the officer did so his partner still driving.

"About time you showed up some of us were really starting to miss you." He Grinned and it his thumb up gesturing at me.

"sir I need all streets blocked ahead except for wrageraw if you can get them to turn in there I'll secure the rest you think you can handle that!?" I looked at him then quickly looked back on the road he smirked as he grabbed his scanner radio "I can have it done..Mr. X." He nodded I glanced at him "Don't ever call me that again..." I shook my head and I sped up soon we started hitting close to breaching point this worrying me I dodged cars that the bus would randomly hit out of its way, as we reached the traffic I saw my worries went off as I saw the swat vans and cruisers blocking the way putting spikes out in the middle of the streets. The bus jerked right into wrageraw as I stoped in the center of the street looking at all the cops cheer and Owens there giving a nod of approval. Giving a slight nod I raved my bike and sped off after the bus quickly catching up as I drove ahead in front of the bus, "Kats gonna be mad for all the fixing she's gonna have to work on but.." forcing myself to stand up and leaping off the bike and foward into the wind shield using my legs to bust down the glass as I slid into the front of the bus. I looked up to see I was in the front part of the bus a Steel cage blocking off the other end which were prisoners in the back pointing at the lock to free them, I turned to the drivers seat to see this man he wore this weird looking costume as he turned to me he was wearing this weird  mask "How the hell did you get in here?" He uttered.

"Wait you're not a police officer." I went to punch but he slightly moved from out the way grabbing me and throwing me off he let go of the wheel and stood up as he went for a kick but I was quick enough to block. Grabbing his leg I forced him against the bus pole and head butted him quickly I dove back to the wheel fixing its course, grabbing me and smashing me forward into the wheel and pulling me off the figure stood over me. I extended my baton still on the ground and slammed it into his leg, The figure dropped as I kicked him towards the dashboard and stood up he quickly pulled  the lever opening the bus doors. I grabbed him and threw his head into the pole again but he kicked my back the force pushing me up against the board again, I turned and he kicked towards me but I moved it out my way and threw a punch striking him in the face he stumbled as I kneed him but he blocked using his shoulder to tackle me into the pole. The Man grabbed the back of my head and smashed it against the dashboard he grabbed my head again I grunted now pissed as I forced him from forwarding me again, I used my elbow and smashed it into his stomach and then his face he let go as I turned to him but it was to late as he grabbed the wheel Sparta kicking me out of the bus doors. Quickly I grabbed a hold using the drive to swing my way back through the window on the side of the bus as I landed back in kneeling my hand supporting me.
