-Lora notices no one else is in the room, due to working for the summit-

She then looks up again at him "You sleep upside-down?" she asks in a whisper as to not alert others that maybe nearby... Wit replies in a sleepy, soft voice "No... I used to all the time in hell, but assholes kept chasing me, until... It's better to sleep in the fetal position...". He finished this sentence with his voice gradually going from tired, to it's laid-back, smooth sound... he then does a aerial-somersault onto the floor and crawls beside the princess as she walks to the throne room "You know why, too..." he finished. Lora thought about the other night, but out of curiosity, still asks normally... "That means you're more comfortable here? I had no idea you were sleeping that way...". Wit replies, never turning toward her "It's okay, ask anything... I freaked out last night: but I realized that my brethren are probably the only one's that realized I was missing... There's nothing to be afraid of...", Lora tilts her head in curiosity and then asks "So everything's safe, now?". The white demon scales a wall as they near the throne room "Yeah... Augite should be fun!" he suddenly says in a relieved tone: a small, smile of calm suddenly etched onto his face. Lora didn't see this, but could tell how he sounded less afraid as he talked about hell... Then enters the throne room...

She then was surprised to see several people already talking about Augite?! Earnest and Olivera notice Lora immediately too, and both were equally surprised to see her. "Lora? I thought you'd still be asleep, or at least only getting ready by now." her father says. The princess explains "I couldn't sleep well and got up early this morning...", she then asks "Are you all going, too?". Olivera replies as she signals to a small group of paladins on the red-carpet leading to the thrones "No, our responsibilities are too great for us to both leave, though me and your father wish we could. But we DO have someone who is sure to be helpful on this venture.", Earnest adds "Yes, Captain Lancelot is a very capable paladin, who'll easily defend against the Augite's magical abilities, along with Beltane and Max.". Lora turns toward the paladin: his armor was the standard issue for all others... Except.. his eyes seemed as if he wasn't paying attention to what was going on: it was as if, despite him bowing to Earnest in respect; his mind was elsewhere... "Thanks for this opportunity, your majesty." Lancelot replies in a slightly deep, way-to-calm, tone... The king smiles "After seeing your records, you deserve the chance, and you two...", Earnest focuses his attention on the wizards standing by, alert "I heard you two outside the castle walls...". Beltane, Max and the princess look fearfully surprised, until Earnest laughs "It was interesting to here a bout of ...(ahem) Yo mama jokes, despite you both being siblings... I hope you use this energy against any monsters that may impede the quest.". Beltane smiles in relief "Ye, yes sir! I mean, your majesty!". The king smiled warmly "One last thing, are you ready for your possible trek through the desert, my daughter?", Lora smiles "Yes, father: I have a change of clothes ready... But I didn't expect to be going this early, so.." she explains. The king replies "Then they will wait on you, hand and foot: until you are. But I expect great results like last time.", he then turns toward the others "Now begone.".
