                  -The princess then smiles wryly at the Dark goddess...-

"Yes... we just need to go up the tree behind Dawn, right?" she asks.. Noella replied "Yeah! I'd teleport us there now... but I don't wanna waste any energy in case shit happens.". She turns away and marches to the forest.. "It's just a hour's long walk, we'll get there in plenty of time!!" she explains, Lora follows the dark-goddess across the beaten fields...

The entire time, one notices everything looks worse than before.. a disturbing amount of carion is everywhere, and no creatures, not even predators are alive. It's even more creepy now because Noella was content to singing to herself while Lora followed her. The princess was used to the paladins and Wit speaking with her, but now... it felt like she was following a shady-man into a dark alley...

The princess follows until  Yahwen suddenly appears in a burst of light, as a hologram "You're already on your way here?" she asks.. Lora replies "Yes.."... she seemed upset still, something Noella didn't notice or simply didn't care about.. The Light-goddess then asks "Aren't we missing someone?"... The princess replies as she looks away "He.. probably doesn't want to come..", Yahwen smiles softly "Lora.. do you know WHY Wit acted the way he did? I can tell you're wondering even when holding back my powers..".. The princess looks up at her "Why? I thought he was just reacting to what we learned.. but.. he seemed genuinely disgusted at me..", The blonde then circles around to the front of her "He isn't, he still loves you! It's because he does that he's pushing you away!", Lora gasps as Yahwen explains "Noella told him that because he's a spawner-demon, if... anything happened.. his spawn would be fatal to you..". Lora awes and looks at Noella: who hasn't realized the princess has stopped and is far away...

The princess turns back toward Yahwen as the goddess says "It's true.. and wouldn't you uh.. ...you know..if Wit tried anything back then?", Lora thought about it... While she hit Wit the first time he groped her, every other time, she was too distracted or didn't care: she figured he acted that way because he's a demon and thought nothing of it. But after they realized what they felt.. if he touched her then.. she couldn't of imagine pushing him away at that moment.. Lora blushed heavily at realizing this... and replies quietly "Yes..." as she looked at the grass.. Yahwen then says "Wit knew this, too.. so he tried to avoid this..", the princess then looks up "I understand, but... why didn't he simply talk with me? He knows we don't have to... you know...". Yahwen shrugs "He's a guy, they do dumb things sometimes?", Lora's relived at hearing this...  Then the light-goddess laughs "Heehee! Why don't we ask him?". 

She suddenly calls out "Wit! Come here, I know you're dying to talk to her!".. Wit quickly leaps from a mountain-base and crawls to Yahwen "I wish you weren't a hologram so hit ya, This WAS personal!" he growls angrily, the light-goddess replies "Sorry, but I thought you two needed my help!" she giggles lightly... He turns toward Lora, realizing he did need reasons to speak to her and now and Yahwen DID help... He looks away and says "She's right... When Noella told me that.. I tried to piss you off, cause we probably woulda, and it woulda looked gay or something if I told you 'I can't' right then..  so I did something retarded instead.. I'm sorry..." Lora's eyes light-up as he continues his somewhat immature apology "I couldn't stand looking into your eyes when that guy brought up our shit.. but I rather for you to be all mushy and crap than upset...". The princess suddenly hugs him! Wit immediately felt warm and fuzzy inside, something he wasn't used to.. but like before: he didn't want to push her away.. and so he hugs her back. Lora happily holds him, all the stress and frustration from earlier seem to vanish: she was ready to go to heaven and contact God, there's no doubt in her mind that they can save the world! Yahwen happily watches the couple as she hovered besides them "Awwww!" she coos as she watches... Lora quietly yet elatedly replies "Forget it, Wit! I forgive you! I'll always forgive you!". Wit hugs her tighter.. being forgiven, not being hunted down for even stuff he didn't or just for sick-fun wasn't something he was used to either, at this moment he felt safe, despite everything...

Noella meanwhile, realizes she isn't being followed and turns to see them!
