The week before their wedding both Jimin and Jungkook were nothing but a bundle of nerves and as with all soon-to-be-married couples they would also get on each others.  Small snippy fights that turned into silent film festivals with no one talking and everything a sarcastic gesture.  Just going to the bathroom to get ready for work became a comedy of gestures with Jimin signaling "NO! You go first" and Jungkook repeating the same gesture until one or the other gave up and used the damn bathroom.  Neither wanted to get so angry with the other as to say something they might regret out of stupidity.

Fortunately, Taehyung was staying at their house as WanSu, Tae's fiancee, could not make their wedding due to a death in her family.  Jimin and Jungkook made sure to share their condolences with her family and wished she could be there for their happy day but totally understood.

When Taehyung arrived he had brought the suits Jimin and Jungkook would be wearing but he kept them tightly under wraps and showed neither their suit until the wedding day.  A bold move on Taehyung's part but the happy couple had tremendous faith that Taehyung knew exactly their tastes and what would make both of them shine.

Jimin and Jungkook had taken off two weeks for the wedding with one week before for finalizing all the arrangements (caterer, photographer,  rental company for the tables and chairs and dance floor).  Jungkook had a friend at work whose wife was a set decorator at a local theater so she was kind enough to help with decorating the backyard and another friend who did side gigs as a DJ offered to put together a CD of their song choices for before, during, and after the wedding.  They had it all together...or did they?  They wanted their special day to go off without a hitch but as the week went along between petty, snippy arguments there were small disasters that almost made them question..."Are we doing the right thing?" They never voiced it to each other.

As with some wedding traditions, they adhered to some modern interpretations and takes off of what the bride would do.  For instance,  for something borrowed Jimin carried an antique pocket watch that had belonged to his grandfather on his mother's side.  For something blue both wore light blue pocket squares in their suits.  For something, old Jimin would be receiving the wedding ring that belonged to his Jungkook's father.  Though they had passed away in a plane crash oddly Jungkook's father had taken the ring off and left it at home.  They weren't sure why because Mr. Jeon never took the ring off.  Finally for something new they had each gotten a new piece of jewelry.  Jungkook received a new Patique Philippe watch and Jimin received a black diamond encrusted Chanel necklace.  They also believed even with tradition aside that maybe not sleeping in the same room for the next week would do them good.  It drove them crazy but they were adamant about keeping separate rooms until the wedding day.  It did have it's benefits as it gave them someplace to go and calm down during some of those petty squabbles.

Taehyung was tremendous help often times running interference between both rooms to calm his best friends down.  Jin and Namjoon had come in from Korea on Wednesday and were quite helpful in getting the small details completed and definitely keeping all three friends  (Jimin, Jungkook AND Taehyung) calm.  They had sent their measurements over to the fitter for their suits for the wedding before coming to the states so they were there in time for their final fitting too.  Which was good because when Namjoon tried on the pants for his suit he went to exit the dressing room to get Jin's opinion when he caught the pocket on the door handle and ripped it almost out.  All Jin could do was facepalm himself in exasperation, sweetly kiss the cheek of his mortified boyfriend, and help the fitter with getting the repair done.

Yoongi and Hoseok were due in on Thursday morning and would have time for their final fitting and then they just either hung out at the hotel or Hoseok drug a drowsy Yoongi shopping and sightseeing with him.  Friday night would be rehearsal night before the wedding.  The only guests left to arrive were Jungkook's brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew and Jimin's parents.  They all would be arriving on Thursday before the wedding too.
