"She needs blood, B- right away, and much."
"Hayden, Hayden please look at me. It'll be alright, just stay awake okay? Look at me."
"B-, who's got B- blood?"
"I do."
The one voice She can distinguish, the one voice She'd know and recognize anywhere, is the one offering Her blood. The one that took Her life away, is the one offering Her blood.
Her eyes flicker between open and closed all the time, but when She hears that voice, they remain open as much as She can hold them.
"Hayden listen to me, don't close your eyes."
All the boys keep running alongside the hospital bed with Her, the green eyed one worrying the most and trying to keep Her awake.
"Who are you?" the nurse that keeps the oxygen mask on Her face asks him.
"I'm her stepbrother, I can give her the blood."
She instantly starts moving, Her already big loss of blood increasing as She desperately tries to make them understand.
"N....," She tries.
"Hayden look at me."
The green eyed boy looks Her in the eyes, putting his hand on the edge of the bed. "It'll be fine."
"No....," She manages to get out.
"Are you sure your type is B-?" the nurse asks him. "We don't have any time to waste, she needs it now."
"I'm sure," he tells the nurse.
"No," She forces out, the green eyed boy trying to understand Her.
She digs Her nails into his hand, forcing him to look at Her. "No.... no.... blood...... no"
He keeps his eyes locked in Hers, and the second She rolls into the surgery room he understands what She meant.
"Doctor Myers, can you take this man to the blood?" the nurse asks her colleague. "We need blood for patient Hayden Rivera, seventeen, right away."
"No," Landon exclaims. "He's not giving her blood."
A gleam takes place in his eyes.
"I'm sorry sir, who are you?"
"I've got B-, I'll give her blood, but fuck him. He's not gonna give her even a drop."
"Who are you? We don't have time sir."
"My name is Landon Fernandez, I'm her housemate, she hates this asshole."
"Mr Fernandez you're in a hospital, watch what you're saying."
"He can't give her blood. She doesn't want him to, fuck him and take blood from me instead."
