Promise (Raphael X Reader)

"How is she holding up?" Richard asked Donnie as he continued to check on the girl who poisoned herself. After reaching the lair (y/n) didn't wake. Raphael refused to leave the lab or let go of the girl he loves. He sat by (y/n)'s side as he held her hand.
"Luckily her body is killing the poison in her system." Donnie said.
"Why do I hear a but?" Richard got to the point of bad news.
"She may be here for a few days," Donnie added looking at his red-clad brother who's green eyes refuse to leave the (height), (s/c) skin, (h/c) hair, female.
"Raph, I think there's food that April and Casey brought."
After leaving the building April and Casey were there ready to help everyone escape. They expected the turtles to be hurt, but almost everyone was fine.
Raphael didn't respond only kept his eyes on (y/n). The only thing on his mind is making things right with her as soon as she woke up. To protect her and take care of her knowing she will still need to heal after waking from her rest.
"I'll bring him something to eat." Richard placed a hand on Donatello's shoulder for reassurance. Richard knew what it was like to have your family hurt and not knowing what to do. His family is broken too. Damian was trained to be an assassin that would be a sacrifice for his grandfather, Jason's parents were killed by Killer Croc and he died himself but came back thanks to Lazarus Pit, Richard's parents were killed by Tony Zucco and of course, Bruce Wayne lost his parents as a child to be raised by Alfred.

Richard's POV

I left the lab everyone was gathered in the living room or kitchen whispering among themselves. I didn't pay attention to what was being said, 'If there's one thing I know (y/n) will bounce back from this. She's stronger than she looks.' Grabbing a plate I grab everything for Raphael. I don't know what he likes, but I know (y/n) will have someone's head if she found out no one tried getting Raphael to eat.
"Is she okay?" I hear Victor, Cyborg, ask me.
"Donatello says she'll be here for a few days but her body is fighting." I answer him.
"Don't stress yourself out, man. From what I remember she always came back kicking." He smirks slightly remembering the times that she will get up after being push down only to tear her opponents apart. She's a wild card like her mom alright. She may not look much like her mom but she clearly has her personality.
"Can I take that to Raph?" I hear a sad pleading voice. Looking behind me I see Michelangelo.
"Sure, just make sure he eats." I tell him.
"Yeah, or else she'll kick your ass when she wakes." Cyborg jokes slightly.
Mikey smiles a bit before giving us a nod and entering the lab.

Mikey POV

I was with Venus, Mas and Menos. "Por que (y/n) se envenenó?" One of the twins asked.
"They only speak Spanish." Venus explained.
"Oh, do you understand?" I question the pale, red hair girl with blue eyes.
"No, I think Raven, Damian, (y/n), Richard, Jason, Barbs, Victor, Aqualad, and I forget who else maybe Speedy does too." She tries to list.
"Do they understand English?" I ask seeing the twins follow our conversation.
"Surprisingly, yeah..." She looks toward the lab. Ever since Venus Trap joined us she's been close to Donnie.
"You like my brother don't you?" I tease her.
"Maybe I do or maybe I don't. I could be looking over at the door because of my sister poisoned herself. She's sweet and can kick ass but she's very impulsive... Hmm, maybe that's why she and Raph get along." She ends. Then I realize she's right. The few months I knew (y/n) she was understanding, patient, fun loving, caring, kind but one thing I noticed she was impulsive like Raph.
"I'm going to check on Raph. I see Richard is getting a plate of food." I say waving goodbye to Venus, Mas, and Menos.

Raven POV

Everyone is concerned for (y/n). It was becoming overwhelming to feel their emotions and my own. I was in the dojo trying to meditate hoping to keep my powers under control. Damian lead me here, he noticed that I was being overwhelmed.
"Sorry, I didn't realize someone was here." I hear a voice say. Opening my eyes I see it's the worries, overprotective brother Leo.
"It's fine... I think I'm done here." Coming down from my meditating pose, I feel his curiosity.
"Just ask me." I tell him.
"You can read minds?" He asked shocked.
"No, I'm an Empath." I somewhat explain.
He nodded his head in understanding.
"You feel guilty, why?" I ask him feeling his stress and guilt take over.
"I wasn't exactly the nicest toward (y/n). Now she's hurt and my brother is..." He trails off.
"Trust me when I say this (y/n) will be fine. Your brother will be okay as soon as she wakes up, for now, you should be there for your brothers. I could tell they're close to her." I tell Leo. He simply nods his head before getting himself ready to meditate himself.
I wanted to ask him what else is bothering him, but I decided to drop it. Leaving the room I find Damian who is talking with Mikey by the lab.
"I left the plate of food, but I hope he eats." I hear the youngest say.
"He will.- Hey Raven." Damian greets me seeing that I feel better.

3rd POV

Everyone continues to whisper scared that talking too loud may disrupt (y/n)'s healing. The turtles knew they couldn't stay in the lair for long. The Foot Clan found them once, they'll find them again. Flash was listening around hearing the worry in everyone's voice, as he thought about the lives he took.
"Bruce, I want to make things right... I'm sorry."
"Barry... We'll see." Bruce sighed as his phone rang he knew Harley heard what happened to her daughter. Ignoring the call knowing he'll get an earful for that, he stood there waiting like everyone else devising a plan that'll protect his family, friends and the turtles.
"You want to take him down?" Barry asked.
"Depends if you're willing to show the Flash on our side instead of his?"
"How can I help?" Barry smiles at Bruce who was deep in thought thinking about who else turned on him and who is willing to help.
