The aftermath of the bomb was chaotic police escorted students classroom by classroom after clearing each hall, it felt like a lifetime. The students, of course, were terrified believing today was their last day. After everyone was out and accounted for it is 4:27 almost two hours after we would be out of school. Parents and Guardians were called to pick up their kids. The students that couldn't be picked up were dropped off by the police.
"How much longer until Richard and Barbara get here?" Damian complained.
"They are probably stuck in traffic if you haven't noticed they are SWAT and Police cars and of course news vans." I answered exhausted from today.
My phone vibrates, Raphael name pops up on my screen, using my fingerprint I open the message.
Raphael: come to the west side of your school.
Getting up, "I'm going to the bathroom." I said before walking to the side of the school. When I reached there I was pulled by muscular arms. The wind blew my hair into my face covering my eyes, quickly I moved my hand away to lay my eyes on Raphael.
He leaned in kissing me gently, "Glad ya are okay." He smiles after breaking the kiss.
"Glad to know you were worried." I teased him, our moment was cut short with Damian's voice yelling my name, "(y/n)! Barbs and Richard are here!"
I roll my eyes, I kiss Raphael goodbye before it was cut off by the last voice I would expect, "(y/n)! Come on we have to go home!" Bruce's voice froze me making me break the kiss quicker than I wanted to.
"I have to go, get home safe text me when you're home. I'll call you." I give a quick peck before breaking into a run towards Damian and Bruce.
After grabbing my backpack Bruce began asking me questions, "Where were you?"
"I was in the bathroom." I answer curtly.
I knew he didn't buy my answer, but he continued escorting all five of us into the black bulletproof car.
"What happened?" He began antagonizing as soon as the door closed behind us.
Damian, Jason and I looked between ourselves unsure what to share or leave out.
"The foot clan came-" Damian was cut short "I know the foot clan came, but what happened?" His voice is stern.
"They cut off the power to the school and planted a-" Jason was then cut short by the same stern voice, "I know about the bomb, that's why I'm here, now answer my question for the last time, what happened? As in what did the three of you do?" Bruce didn't show it but there was a nervous shake in his voice that almost broke the calm stern one that he had on display. I sighed, "We looked for the bomb, then we figure out that it is set off by the bell so we went to the breaker room to rip and cut any wire connected to the bell. After that, we ran outside, and that's when I finally called in a tip to the police." I answer somewhat truthfully." The ride became silent, expect from a single vibrate from my phone showing Raph sent me a text.
That's when Barbs decided to lighten the mood. "Who is that?" She teased me.
"Her boyfriend." Damian teased back.
"Aww someone finally moved on from me." Jason joined.
"What's his name? It is someone from school?" Richard then entered.
"Why the sudden interest in my love life?"
"(Y/n), " Bruce gets my attention "why not invite him to the gala that's coming up this Christmas?"
"Oh uh, I'm not sure. I kinda like our privacy." I answer.
"Why?" Richard asked me while everyone but Damian looking at me.
"Could we talk about what me, Jason and Damian should do about school. The first time it got raided, now we are being bombed." I suggested changing the subject.
"That does sound more important, how about we get an online education or something." Damian suggested, with Jason catching on "You know it might be safer for us unless you want us to do something about the foot clan, I don't mind going back into action teaming up with the vigilantes here."
"Now, now (y/n), Jason and Damian we will discuss that when we are home, understood?" Bruce said.
"Yes." We answer him in unison.

We were finally home from a very silent car ride.
"Okay, now we may discuss school." Bruce began as we all sat in the living room.
"We just think that in order to stay low we should get out of school where people could possibly see us that way if the clan come again we won't have to possibly get caught." Damian began.
"I mean if we get caught then we'll have to move again and try to hide unless we can finish school or maybe we can protect the school or this city without having to be held by back by worrying about school during certain hours." I continue on hoping we can fight crime again.
"Hold on, we can't stay low if you three decide to go out and save the city." Richard began.
"Richard, I know you miss it too." Barbs defended us.
"Come on Dick this is what we trained for most of our lives. The only one that is remotely normal is Barbara." Jason cut in.
"Jason we have been over this, we are not here just be a vigilantly or hero. We are here to learn, this was unplanned the most that we should be dealing with is a few petty crimes" Richard had a point when we began school Bruce finally reached out explains that we will be here learning before we could do more work like him.
"Last I checked we protected people." Jason and Richard were about to go at it again.
"Dick and Jason! Enough, we are not here to argue we need to discuss this like adults." Bruce cut in.
"Bruce, we should probably take a break from this. Jason Damian and (y/n) did just come home from their school that was going to be blown and they probably ran around insanely trying to stop it." Barbs calmed everyone down hoping to stop things from going out of hand. Before anything could be said I went upstairs and called the one person I really wanted to see. The crash of thunder suddenly began as rain threw itself onto everything.

Raphael's POV
After making sure (y/n) was safe I went back to the lair.
As soon as I entered I unlock my phone and texted her.
Raphael: I'm home.
Knowing it'll be a while until I get a reply back I enter the dojo to get my mind off of her. As I'm going through my workout I wonder where my brothers are until I hear voices in the hallway, pausing I began listening.
"Any luck on getting something out of him Donnie?"
"Nope, but he is hiding something and it had to do with what happened today, I can only conclude that he knows someone that was in that school." I growl slightly that my brothers are trying to get in my personal life.
"Is it anything we have to worry about?" I hear Leo again.
"Doesn't seem like it." Don then ended. I decided to end my workout and go to my room after I shower.
When I got out of the shower nothing yet from (y/n), shrugging I continue to my room.
"So Raph, are you still going to visit where ever you are going?" I hear Don.
"Depends are goin' to tell Leo?" I annoyingly answer.
"I'm guessing you overheard our conversation earlier? Raph, he was just worried I figure I could at least inform him that you are hiding something but it is not something to lose our minds about. You know the first few nights we figured you found a place to cool off, but then you were gone all night Leo got worried, we all did. I remember he stayed up all night making sure you came home, while I tried to find any trace if you were kidnapped, and Mikey well he was too worried to do anything."
I sighed, "I'm sorry, but don't worry I'm fine. Do ya know if we are patrollin' tonight or not?" I wanted to drop this now, I didn't realize that my brothers were that worried.
"Not sure yet, but Leo is his room if you want to find out." Donnie then walks to his lab. Taking a deep breath I head to Leo's room, it has been weeks since we last talked brother to brother.
"Hey, Leo." I lean on his doorway.
"Raph? Everything alright?" I hear the worry in his voice although he tried to look calm.
"Yea, just wonderin' if we're patrollin' tonight, I know it's going to storm soon." I reply.
"Oh uh, actually not sure yet, the storm looks bad, but you know crime never sleeps." He jokes lightly.
"Well, I'm ready whenever ya are." An awkward silent grew heavy between us. "Leo... I'm fine I know I've been distanced but we- I mean I need time, but I'm safe and when I need ya, you'll be the first to know." We smile for a second knowing the tension was gone, for now, we are brothers fights are going to happen.
I left Leo, to be tackled by Mikey. "Mikey!" I growl.
"Raph?" The youngest of us question me. "Do you have a girlfriend?" He teases me, as I pushed him off me.
"You know that would explain the late nights, constantly being on your phone, and you being fed." Donnie comes in joining the teasing.
I balled my fist, "I'm going to my room." I started before losing my temper.
"Aww, Raph found someone, is it a pizza girl?" Mikey continued. My anger spiked, but I couldn't help to chuckle a little. Turning around I tackle Mikey and brought Donnie with him. We were wrestling before a familiar ringtone brought us back. Giving my younger siblings a wet willy I got off of them and head to my room.
"Good to have you back Raph." I hear from Donnie. It has been a while since we've been brothers lately, we have been acting more like team members.

"Hello?" I answer.
"Hey, Raph." I'm greeted by the greatest sound.
"Everythin' alright at home?" I question my girl.
"I guess. I mean Bruce is here so not really sure if it's good or bad yet." She answers me.
"Ya sound exhausted babe, get some rest I'll come by tomorrow." I suggest hearing her yawn over the phone.
"Ugh, okay. Sweet dreams Raphie." She gave in luckily.
"Goodnight Beautiful." I hang up the phone just in time because Leo comes in, "Hey so Donnie said it's pretty dead tonight so I figured we could just stay in and hang out like old times." He suggests.
"Yeah, sounds like fun." I answer my older brother following him to our makeshift living room.

Why is the brother's relationship strained? It is because Raphael is hiding you or there something more going on? What will Bruce do? And lastly, will the others finally meet Raphael as your boyfriend?
