"Come on Max!" Oliver yelled form the doorway. They were each wearing a beautiful cloak. Oliver's was green, Liam's was yellow, Finn's was red, Ollie's was purple, Chris's was black. Then Max who finally showed up was orange.
"Here, and hey Oliver its not everyday we get to see the Queen!" he handed me a gray cloak with a moon on it.
"Are you wearing cologne?" Liam asked and punched him playfully. "Dude she is not into you."
He shrugged his shoulders, his smile not leaving his face. "Might as well try. You think I'm attractive right Flora?" he leaned around Liam and looked at me. He had puppy eyes and the excitement of a kid who is going to the fair.
"A real catch." I stated then giggled after I said it.
"There see a woman's opinion and the WOMEN is always right." Liam just rolled his eyes and Ollie was standing impatiently tapping his foot.
"We are going to be late!" Ollie and Chris said at the same time. Ollie took a book off the bookshelf then pulled a lever behind it and the bookcase moved. Opening to a beautiful room. It was huge and filled with crystals and candles. There was even a little fountain and a water stream. It was three times the size of the apartment. There were a bunch of plants I had never seen before. I leaned over near a blue flower and examined it. It looked like an herb but I didn't touch it. I turned around and could feel the curiosity radiating off me when I saw a full garden. It was filled with things I had never seen before. Max started laughing and came over to me.
"What do you think?" he asked leaning over with me. We were looking at these green glowing jelly looking plants. One was closed and the top of it was dotted with purple.
"What is it?" I asked still staring at the beautiful plant.
"It's called Bubbly raids. They're beautiful but if you pick one and throw it they'll explode!" he exclaimed making an explosion sound. Then making his hands go crazy I couldn't help but laugh. "The damage is never significant, that's what brainy over there is trying to change." Ollie turned around and stuck up his middle finger at Max who just blew him off. I began to examine a few other plants and Maximus told me what they were. Also what they were used for and what they could do.
"Alright the portal is open." Oliver reported. "Liam you go first since you travel the swiftest." When Oliver said that it made me wonder if that's why Liam's last name is flash. They told me when you come to the mortal realm one of your names must change. I wonder if that's the one he changed.
"Now Flora," Oliver started "When you enter the portal there is going to be a lot happening. There will be clouds that will block your way, in seeing I mean. There will also be loud noises, our portal was created in a hurry so there are a lot of flaws. Now Liam has created a path all you have to do is angel yourself towards it and you'll make it to the other side. Liam will be waiting for you there, got it?"
I nodded but was still nervous, and before I knew I found myself stepping into the purple and blue portal.
