Oh my God! Her body temperature is high. What's wrong with her? Doctor Sabrina asked him? She has been this way since last night. "He replied concerned".

Are you alone, where is her mother? She asked again. He stared at the floor for awhile before saying, she has gone to work.

What do you mean she has gone to work, then who is taking care of her? She asked surprised.

Doctor please let's not go there, just examine my baby first. I want to actually know what is wrong with her. He answered bluntly.

Doctor Sabrina just nod her head and went ahead to examine Zahra. Mubeen tell me the truth because this baby is suffering from malnutrition. what is the cause, has she been feeding well? She asked concerned.

Mubeen couldn't utter any word. He just stare at her as he tries to hold back his tears.

Doctor Sabrina became confused thinking she might have hurt him with her words. She glanced at Zahra who was busy sleeping and said, Mubeen am sorry for hurting you. I never intended to intrude in your personal life.

He just smiled like everything was okay and said, doctor you have not hurt me in any way, besides it's based on my baby's health.

It's just that i don't like what she is going through. She is too innocent and fragile to go through all this. She has been denied of that motherly love every child deserves.

He paused for awhile and stood up to the fridge. Get a glass of water, sipped it and continued. Zahra is my last hope now, i would not want anything to happen to her.

Mubeen thought for awhile, then sat down and told her everything she needed to know. From the beginning till the end, doctor Sabrina listened attentively with tears conceived in her eyes. How could any woman do this to her own child. "She thought to herself".

Zahra's loud cry brought them back from their deep thoughts. Mubeen stood up immediately and collected her from the doctor. I will be back, doctor Sabrina said and left.

After few minutes, she came back together with a nurse. Good morning, the nurse greeted him smiling. Morning, her murmured and looked away.

Mubeen don't you know intisar again? Doctor Sabrina asked him in surprise. That question made him glance at the nurse again. The resemblance is clear "he thought".

Doctor don't tell me this is Intisar? Wow she look so grown up. He said smiling. She has been fed with fertilizer, no wonder i did not even recognize her. "he teased her".

Intisar is doctor Sabrina's first child, she has two younger sisters. She and Mubeen grew up together as childhood friends. She left with her grandma to study at Paris since when they were young and since then he had not heard from her.

Intisar go with the baby and give her a warm bath. Doctor Sabrina said to her and she left.

Mubeen she will be fine In Sha Allah, she said when she noticed the way he was looking at Zahra till they were out of sight. He smiled and sat down.

Doctor Sabrina wrote the list of drugs she will need and handed it over to him. Get this drugs as soon as possible and also come back along with honey and zam zam water.

When you get back, we have something very important to discuss about, she said and he left immediately.
