Kayla was about fourteen months and her dad made a video of the conversation.  She was dressed in a candy red dress with small white flowers and white sandals and Grandpa was lighting the fire for a barbeque.  She went to stand right next to him showing with her index finger to the flames while she mumbled in her baby language.  "Seriously? "  Grandpa asked, he couldn't contain his smile and she continued earnestly in her baby language not even noticing that all the family gathered around them.

Grandpa loved it and played his part by encouraging her with his comments.  "I agree, we need some more charcoal on the fire."  Then she would start again, all the time swinging her finger adamant to instruct him what to do.  "Yes, yes, but you must remember  we can not put the meat on while the fire is too hot."  She would nod her little head and continue with her instructions and her dad enjoyed making a video of it, while everybody had fun.  At last, she stopped, contend that Grandpa will painfully follow the instructions.  Grandpa sighed: "What a conversation?"

Awe Grandma, I had a little girl called Tersia in front of the class today, she was just amazing.  After repeating my sentences, she asked her class:  "Do you understand?" and she called out each of their names.  It was adorable, she just enjoyed herself without any care what anybody else thinks except her pupils.  There were a few times that I had to contain myself, not to laugh out loud, she was so adamant for them to listen and understand.  This gave me something else to consider and to work on, maybe I should talk to my colleagues about a concert, I'm recognizing some talent here and it can work in my favor to develop my pupil's confidence.

Anni and Penny had each a second turn and it surprised me how much easier it became for them to talk and interact the second time.  When I asked Anni if she liked it, she came to me and gave me a spontaneous hug.  I got a lump in my throat and I realized for the first time what work satisfaction meant.  I can feel how my job is growing on me and it feels good.  I'm so glad I decided to do that course and so thankful that I got this job.  This is just amazing.

Something else that I'm grateful for and that helped me so much in my career is the fact that I met James and Inola and the wonderful relationship that developed between us.  I will always treasure it and make sure that I take care of it.  James called me last night and reminded me of the barbeque that he arranged for Saturday and told me that I better not be late.  He said he and Inola have both special surprises for me and they both can't wait to see me.  I must admit I'm missing them so much, so neither can I.  I love them so much.
