Ch. 13 Squad Missions

~Y/n pov~

We went on lots of little missions.

They were all d rank and the easy ones but we were only genin and these people don't have any fighting experience, I might but y'know.

It was simple things like weeding and walking dogs.

Sasuke and Naruto seemed to have this weird rivalry going on.

Naruto somehow did badly in every mission. In the weeding, he picked out the flowers.

He picked the biggest dog and got dragged into a mine field.

He was hopeless and now here we are with a cat mission.

Naruto try not to screw this one up!

I felt stupid, we were hunting for cats while wearing communication head sets.

The cat we were looking for was called Tora.

"Eyes locked in target. Ready?" Kakashi asked.

We all responded with a "ready." before leaping for the cat.

"Got him." Naruto yelled proud of his accomplishment.

"confirm Target Tora?" Kakashi asked.

"Affirmative." Sasuke responded.

It was funny how seriously they were acting about his mission, like seriously its a freaking cat..

But also since I'm part neko I could've just lured it out.. But shhh!

I didn't tell ya kay? (there goes the fourth wall!)

The cat started scratching Naruto and he yelped in pain.

Rip my ears, I felt blood trickle down the side of my face.

I held where my ears were. (she only has neko ears no human ears)

"Are you okay?" Sakura asks worried.

Kakashi gives me a knowing look as he sees me clutching my ears, he quickly excuses us and tells them to head to the Hokage tower.

Kakashi treated my ears and wrapped a bandage round my head which luckily covered my ears so I didn't have to worry about anyone seeing them.

We then headed to the tower to regroup.
