Ch. 21 Blind Dates

I checked myself over in the mirror one last time and straightened my shirt.

I breathed put slightly worried for what Sakura had planned.

Arriving at the fountain, I saw Sakura waiting there but my so called date was no where to be seen.

"So.. Who's my date?" I asked suspiciously.

She grinned looking really giddy, "Me silly!"

A look of shock crossed my face briefly as I tried to hide it.

She grinned at my expression, "Nah, I was just kidding your my best friend, he'll be here in a minute."

Choji stepped out soon after and exclaimed, "Hey Sakura, where that free food?"

I gave Sakura a look to ask seriously.

She giggled, "That's not your date don't worry, enough with the pranks, come out!"

Sasuke stepped out from behind a building and his lips twitched upwards slightly as he attempts to smile.

Sakura smiles at us and leaves.

"So where shall we go?" I asked.

The night was almost over , and me and Sasuke were sat in a secluded area with a waterfall.

"The sky sure is pretty!" I exclaimed.

Sasuke nodded and let out a small smile, "I can tolerate your company."

This was a lot coming from Sasuke.

We intertwined our fingers and watched the sun rise.
