Ch. 17 Tree Climbing

~Y/n pov~

We were at Tazuna's house. I had woken up a while ago but it seemed Kakashi was injured and not yet awoken.

I sat in his room with the rest of the squad waiting for him to wake up.

Kakashi awoke and explained to us how Zabuza was still alive because he was stabbed with a senbon.

"We're going to train!" Kakashi insisted.

Tsunami insisted he used the crutches and now here we are in the forest, ready for a good old training session.

Time skip~

"We are going to be climbing trees-" Kakashi was cut off.

"Eehh?! That's easy!" Naruto exclaimed.

Kakashi cleared his throat, "You didn't let me finish, with no hands."

At that Everyone's mouth dropped open but mine and Kakashi's.

"I did this before back in my village, its all about chakra control." I explained with no emotion but on the inside I was trying not to break down.

"Well show us how it's done!" Kakashi said not seeming shocked as I told him more about my village then he needed to know..

I silently walked up to a tall tree and placed my foot on it. I took a deep breath concentrating my chakra, its been a while since I have done it.

I slowly and calmly walked up and stood upside down on a branch, then I got off the branch and sprinted to the top of the tree.

I could feel the adrenaline, as I picked up the pace, the wind whipped my hair to the side.

I stood on top of the tree enjoying the great view. I sighed, I wish everyday could be like this, but I have a life, priorities.

I jumped down gracefully, landing on my feet before proceeding to watch them train. Sakura managed to do it first but my eyes where focused on Sasuke.

Maybe I.. No that's ridiculous.

I shook my head clearing my thoughts.

We were about to eat tea but they were still no where to be found, Naruto and Sasuke I mean.

They must still be training.

Not a second later they both stumbled through the door looking beat up.

They wolfed down loads of food asking for more before immediately vomiting.

"If your going to throw up don't eat more." Kakashi stated looking up from his book.

They kept eating and puking, this is gross, I left and went to my shared room with Sakura.

A few minutes later, Sakura came in.

"Hey.. Sakura I need to tell you something, but only because I really trust you and you can't tell anyone." I explained.

"Yes I can do that." Sakura smiled kindly.

"Well only the Hokage and Kakashi know so.." I started, "Basically I am a neko and have special powers."

I went in depth and explained about the powers and about the village.

Sakura looked shocked, "C-can I see your ears and tail?"

"Yes but be careful if you touch them, they are very sensitive and if you stroke them, stroke them the right way.

My tail poked out my pants, swaying side to side as my ears popped up from my head, twitching from the noise.

" Your so cute. "Sakura gushed and stroked my ears.

I purred as she gushed over my cuteness.

Eventually, she got tired and we went to bed.
