You found yourself sobbing on the ground. Atem had long left.
Around you, guards attempted helping you for your, "protection".

'I don't need protection' you told yourself. 'Atem needs my protection'.

With Mana gone, the only one who managed to get you up was Isis,

"My Queen, do you love the Pharaoh?"

You looked up at the woman,

"Of course I do"

You glanced down, kicking the rocks at your feet,

"I'd do anything for him"

Isis stared at you before speaking,

"He told me the exact same thing. You two are unbreakable"

You smiled weakly at her response. You remembered the very first time you met Atem. It was as if you were meant to meet him. You were meant to be with him.

You remembered the first time you saw at each other. His amethyst eyes sparkled so brightly and beautifully. It felt true. You looked down at your ring. It was the Millenium maiden ring. All it had to offer was the eye of Horus. The more you looked at it, the brighter it got. Frightened, you looked at Isis,

"What is happening?"

Isis smiled softly,

"It is brightening as you have not found your destiny"

You gazed at woman, slightly confused,

"My destiny?"

She nodded,

"Yes. As you wield the power of the ring, it glows each time you fulfill a goal towards your destiny. Your destiny is to save Egypt and the Pharaoh"

You abruptly stood,

"I need to save Atem"

"That is right my queen"

Swiftly, you ran after your stallion, taking it and getting ready for war once more,

"Thank you Isis. Please do not tell anyone I have left. I need to save my king. No matter what it takes."

Isis nodded once more before she watched you leave.

Although she did not tell you this, she intended on getting you to leave. It was your destiny to save Egypt and its pharaoh. You were destined to save Atem. You two were star-crossed lovers. You were meant to die for one another. In return for the pain and the suffering, you were both meant to meet over and over in your next lives. She had seen it in her millennium necklace.
