An Alpha is my Mate

Chapter 5

Amelia POV:

I watched as Ella stare at the dress with a smile on her face. She looked up to me and pointed at the dress than to herself. I nodded my head and pushed her toward the bathroom to get dress.

I left out the room and went into another room to get dress myself. I went with a white sundress and pulled my hair up into a neat bun. Once I was finished I went back into my room to put on a little makeup.

As I open the door Ella was coming out of the bathroom and I couldn't help but stare at her. She looked amazing in that sundress and the color brings out her eyes even more.

Stepping closer to her I twirled her around and smiled at her when her face started to turn red.

"You look beautiful my love."

She gave me a smile in return and went to sit on my bed. I went over to my dresser and started doing my makeup and I can see her in the mirror staring at me.

I finish the little makeup I was putting on and turned around to her.

"Come, I'll do your hair."

She sat in the chair in front of me and I slowly comb through her hair. I gave her one big braid to the side and pulled the light blue ribbon off the dresser and tied it at the end of her hair.

I smiled at her through the mirror and placed a light kiss on the top of her head before helping her out of the chair.

"It's time to go, my love, everyone is waiting to meet you."

We left out the room and started walking down the stairs and headed to the back door where everyone was standing around the stage.

Once they saw us coming they stood up and bowed their head as we walked past them and onto the stage.

I stood in front of the mic and Ella stood behind me hiding from the eyes that were on us.

"Thank you all for getting up and coming out here tonight. I have some exciting news, something that we have all been waiting for and I am more than happy to say that I have found my mate."

Everyone started clapping and screaming out congratulations. I quiet everyone down before speaking again.

"Everyone knows that the other night a wolf was found on our land and she just happened to be my mate, I'll like you all to meet Ella."

I stepped aside and pulled Ella closer to the front and wrapped my arms around her waist. She waved at everyone and they waved back.

"I know everyone is waiting for her to say something, but I have learned that my mate is unable to speak. Now that you all have met my mate let the party begin."

I stepped off the stage pulling Ella with me and started walking around letting her meet different people.

Not long after I ran into my best friend and her mate.

"Ella this is my Beta Isla and her mate, Jacob."

She waved at them while giving a shy smile.

"It's nice to meet you, Ella, I'm happy my best friend has finally found you."

My face started to turn red and I tried my best to give Isla my best glare face, but it wasn't working because of how red my face was turning.

"Anyone wants a drink?"

We all looked up to see Dave standing there with cups in his hand.

"This is Dave my Delta and Isla brother."

He gave everyone their cup and walked over to my mate putting his arm around her causing me to growl at him, but he just ignored it and started talking to Ella.

"Well, like you were told I am Dave and the best person in the pack. I know we'll become great friends after we find our way to talk to each other."

He whispered something in her ear making sure we couldn't hear with our wolf hearing, but whatever he said caused her to giggle a little before stopping and a painful expression take over her face.

I pushed him away and pulled her into my arms hugging her tight. I felt her relax into my arms. Dave had a worried look on his face.

'I'm sorry...I don't know what I did.' He said through the mind link.

'It's okay, anything that causes her to do anything with her voice causes her pain.'

I cut the link with him and started walking around with Ella again. At some point, she walked off and I was left standing by the snack table.

In the middle of reaching for something on the table I heard the pups screaming for me and I ran toward where the voices were coming from.

When I reach the voices, I let out a loud growled causing everyone around me to kneel. My wolf was taking over, and I couldn't stop her.

'Why the hell are you on top of my mate?!'

"Alpha it's not what it looks like."

A kid walked out of the crowd and bowed in front of me before speaking.

"Luna was playing with us kids and we were getting to know her as best as we can, that's when Alexis tackled her to the ground and begin hitting her."

'The punishment for attacking my mate is nothing but death, since I have found my mate and don't want to kill on this day I'll just make you a rogue. You are banished from this pack and if you are caught on this land again you will be killed without mercy.'

I watched as my wolf walk over to our mate and lift her into our arms. Ella let out a whimper and Ally whispered soft words into her ear until she felt Ella relax in her arms.

'Isla and Dave make sure she is off my land.'

They nodded their head and took off running into the forest where Alexis was seen running off to.

Ally walked into the house and up to our room. She sat Ella on the bed and looked over her body making sure she wasn't hurt badly. There were a few cuts here and there but nothing major.

'Ally let me have control back.'

'No, she is my mate.'

'Last time I check Ally we are the same person and she is our mate, now give me back control.'

'After she is asleep then I'll give it back to you.'

I let out a sigh and watched Ella through the eyes of my wolf. I wanted to hold her while she was sleeping but I knew Ally wanted the same thing.

Ally helped her into one of our overnight shirts and pushed her to lay on the bed while she put shorts on her as well. When she was finished she laid in the bed with Ella and wrapped her arms around her.

She let out a purr when Ella wrapped her arms around her and laid on her chest. Soon Ella was off to sleep, and I was slowly taking back over my body.

I kissed the top of her head and watched her sleep peacefully.
