Amelia POV:
It's been a few days since the double date and Ella keeps saying how it was one of the best nights of her life. Hearing her say that puts a smile on my face. I want to make her life better than it has been.
That's why I am making her get dress while I'm in another room getting ready myself. I planned our first date together and I just hope she likes it since she has never been before. As you must know of course it's one of those cheesy date nights that's about to happen, but I want to give her everything that she didn't think she could have.
I left out of the room and went back into our room to see that she was ready and waiting on me.
"You look beautiful my love."
She smiled and tried to hide the blush that was creeping up her cheeks. I love that I can make her blush just by saying something as small as that.
I held my hand out and she placed hers inside mine softly. I led her toward the nursery since I knew she wanted to say goodnight to Abigail. I smiled at her when she walked over and picked up Abigail. I still don't understand the bond between them, but I can tell that that bond between them is unbreakable.
Once she said goodnight to the baby, I led her down the steps and out the house toward my car. Now that she knows how the car works, I don't have to worry about her freaking out again.
"Where are we going?"
I smiled at her but didn't answer her. She saw that I wasn't going to tell her and started looking out the window while humming a song I never heard before.
"What song is that?"
"Honestly, I don't know...I just know that it means something to me."
Giving a hum in return I focused back on the road and seen that we were 10 minutes to our stop.
When we got closer to where we were going, I heard Ella let out a gasp. Not being able to hold in my chuckle I let it out and looked at her.
"This that place I saw when we were eating."
"Yes, my love, and it's called a carnival."
I lucked up and found a parking spot that was close to the entrance. I got out and walked around the car helping her out. The look on her face was amazing and I knew I did the right thing by bringing her here.
We walked inside the carnival and up to the ticket booth, I got us a wristband so we can get on any ride all night long.
"Where to first?"
"I want to try that ride."
I looked to where she was pointing and pulled her toward the line. Thank the moon goddess that this line wasn't that long.
When we got onto the ride, I pulled Ella closer to me wanting to feel her body closer.
"I hope you're not afraid of heights."
Before she was able to say something, the ride took off and Ella held on to me tight. As the ride went up higher her grip got tighter. Right before it dropped Ella looked at me with fear in her eyes and I held on to her as it dropped.
Her screams were loud and I'm sure some of the packmates heard it from all the way here. I wanted to laugh but I just couldn't, knowing that she was afraid.
We got off the ride and she walked fast trying to get away from the ride. I followed behind her until she stopped. I stepped in front of her and pulled her into me.
"It's okay my love, it was just a ride."
"No more rides."
I nodded my head and looked around for something else for us to do. As I went to say something her stomach started to growl, and I pulled her along to one of the food trucks.
