"You're sure he said nine?" Brian was keeping watch of the street, not a car in sight."You were standing right there." Lindsey answered him. "He said nine. It's ten minutes past that, don't piss your pants."
Brian rolled his eyes, crossing his arms as he huffed, clearly impatient. Lindsey had his arm slung around Stevie's shoulders, grinning down at her. "You look really hot." He whispered in her ear, Stevie giggling.
"Good, I wore it for you." She wore a black velvet crop top, a high waisted flowy skirt. The outfit allowed her to show off her midriff and a hint of cleavage, feeling more confident than usual.
Just as Brian was about to gripe once more, a black stretch limo pulled up and stopped in front of the hotel, the men's jaws dropping.
"No way, the dude got us a limo." Javier chimed out. He was the first one in, not even waiting for the chauffeur as he yanked the door open and slid in. Everyone else followed, marveling at the inside interior. It came with a mini bar and colored lights shone out from underneath the seats, creating a rainbow of colors across the floor board.
"This is unreal." Bob shook his head in disbelief. "We fucking did it guys."
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Lindsey shot back at him. "We barely know this guy, this is all exciting but nothings signed yet."
"Don't be a party pooper." Javier shoved a drink in his hand. "We're going to a party at a mansion. Tonight we have fun, screw details."
Lindsey shook his head in annoyance, placing his arm around Stevie and pulling her close to him. Just her touch was a stress relief for him and he tried to calm himself through her energy. He didn't fair well in big crowds. He wouldn't go as far to call himself antisocial, but as they drew closer and closer to the giant house on top of the hill, he could feel his anxiety start to take over him.
He breathed in her scent, feeling a bit calmer as they rolled up to the grand front entrance. They piled out one by one, starring in awe at the Victorian style mansion in front of them.
"This is snazzy." Brian whistled out as they approached the grand front door, everyone nodding in agreement.
"Do we knock?" Bob asked, doubting if they'd be heard. They could hear the music blaring from inside the lavish home. Just as he was about to open the door, it swung open and there stood Ruperts tall stance
"I'm so glad you boys could all make it." Rupert gave them a smile, his eyes lighting up landing upon Stevie. "Hello dear, a pleasure seeing you again."
He stretched out his hand towards her, Stevie reluctantly taking it. She felt a shiver down her spine when his lips made contact with her skin, quickly recoiling. She gave him a polite smile, clinging on to Lindsey even more as they followed Rupert in.
"Help yourselves, we've got food, drinks. Enjoy."
They were left by themselves to marvel at their surroundings. Brian's eyes went wide spotting in person in particular; smacking Lindsey on the shoulder repeatedly.
"Dude, it's Keith Richards."
Lindsey's jaw went slack, starring in awe at the guitarist. Stevie was starstruck too, the boys of the band watching her as she started towards him.
"Stevie." Lindsey hissed at her, trying to pull her back. She shrugged him off, approaching Keith with a smile.
"Hello."
