After that night at the party I barely saw Jake or Tiffany around anymore. I just hope Tiffany is okay.

It is almost Valentines Day and the rest of us were planning to go to the mall to find some gifts. Kohl, Sam and I were currently waiting outside in the parking lot for Paul to get out from his Student Government meeting. 

"Oh man! I forgot my planner in my locker." Realizing it wasn't in my bookbag.

"Let's go get it then Paul just texted saying he'll be out in 10 minutes." Sam said while looking at her phone.

We all heading back inside the school and made our way to my locker. The sound of something hitting the lockers had us all stop in our tracks. 

"You have got to be kidding me. You're really starting to believe that shit Ivy said!"

"Come on Jake! I've been on your side this entire time." We all looked at each other quizzically and slowly peeked around the corner to see Jake and Tiffany in another argument.

"Then why do you flinch when I touc you? Why did I hear from Mindy that you were talking shit about me?

"Because you called me a whore Jake!"

"You are one. Walking around in fucking shorts and fliting with other guys."

"I'm no-"

"Face it, Tif" Jake interrupted, "you're a waste of space and only useful for a good lay."

I gasp. Those were the same things he said to me... How can he do this to someone else? Let alone Tiffany!?

"Who's there?" Jake looked in the direction of where we were hiding. We all came out from around the corner.

"Man I'd punch you right now but it wouldn't knock the asshole gene out of you." Kohl began to make his way towards Jake but I stopped him. This wasn't Kohl's fight. It was mine.

This was the second chance I wanted. This was my chance to get the closure I needed.

"This is how it's going to be Jake? You're just going to terrorize every girl that doesn't give you what you want or act the way you want them to? Telling me that I was worthless and mentally destroyed me just wasn't enough for you. I guess my almost death wasn't a wake up call to you. No one deserves to put of with your crap Jake." 

Reaching out my hand, "Tiffany you don't deserve this. You are better than him. Come with us."

The tears were already rolling down her cheeks as she turned to make her way towards my out reached hand but then stopped.

She turned back to Jake and shocked us all.

Jake doubled over in pain holding on to his privates after Tiffany had just kicked him.

She walked over to me and wrapped me in a hug. I heard a mumbled thank you from her. 

"Hey guys! Ready to go?" We turn to see Paul come from around the corner. He looks down at Jake who is still on the ground then back at us.

"What'd I miss?"
