"I feel something. Something weird." Cadence gasped.
"It's okay. It's the pull back. Back to life. And since this time with you being here with us, it was a more serious situation. You essentially died." Talia spoke up to her.
"So I'm going back?" Cadence's hopeful tone was very evident.
"Yes but we don't know when. It could be in 30 seconds. We just don't know. It's all up to you, Cady." Allison confirmed.
"No pressure then." Cadence sighed. "I just want to get back to him. And fix everything."
"I know Cadence." Talia said, a smile on her face. "I know it's been hard for you. Thank you for wanting to work everything out with him. It's not easy being with him all the time. I know. But I know you belong together. You know it. He knows it. I'm just glad you are so forgiving to him. He may be my son. But he does not deserve you."
"Thank you, Talia. You have been amazing to me. You don't have to thank me." Cadence said. "Allison. I love you." And just like that. The light took her.

"How is she today, Deaton?" Stiles asked.
"Her heart rate is the rate of a normal person. She'll be back soon. I hope. I think the subconscious part of her knew she was home. Hopefully Derek answers and can help."
"I hope so." Lydia sighs.
"I just got off the phone with Scott. He said that he's calling Derek again. Hopefully this works. If not, he's going down there and finding Derek himself." Stiles told them both.
"Derek will. He knows. He has to. We've called a lot. He has to know by now. At least know something is up." Lydia spoke, trying to be a voice of reason.
What caught their attention was a loud gasp from the other side of the room.
—
Scott sighed, this will be his last attempt to reach Derek by phone.
He pressed the green button and hoped with everything, the king answered.
"What Scott?!" The relief goes Scott's veins and he soon got his self back on track.
"Derek. It's Cadence." The line went dead silent. There was no noise on the other side for a good minute.
"What about her?" Derek finally spoke up, that crack in his voice very clear to the true alpha.
"We have reason to believe she's not dead."
"Scott. She died in my arms. I felt it. You felt it. We all felt it. She's dead. She's not coming back. Please. Don't call me anymore. Please." With that, Derek hung up. Derek pulled over where he was at and let it out. The stress, the pain, the anger, the hurt, the tears. It all just poured out of him with no end. And then all of the sudden. He felt this loss of breath and him trying to actually breathe and feel the air. He knew it wasn't him. Why would it be? He has been breathing fine with no indication of lacking oxygen. That means it is Cadence. It had to be.
—
Scott was frustrated. He was walking into Cadence's home trying to figure out what to do about Derek. He has to listen. He has to believe. He ran a hand through his hair and let out a deep breath.
"Stiles, I tried.." Scott was cut off when he saw the 3 others in the room crowded around the bed. "Cadence, are you really here?"
"I think so?" She rasped out.
"I'll get some water." Deaton said.
"Derek. Where's Derek?" The three pack members looked at each other. But she remembered everything from when she was with Allison and Talia. "He's gone. He left Beacon." Cadence said.
